Oh boy the food is yummy, the service is on point. One of the cools gave me some cheese fries while I waited for my food to get done. I will definitely be back. Enjoyed every single bite.

Just ordered a #1, philly cheesesteak, fries, Dr. Pepper - first time I've been to this location across from the Wolf Gang Grooming & Bakery - let me tell you, the fresh made to order cheesesteak was loaded and HOT - delicious, fresh and plenty! Service was fast, and courteous - and I got a few coupons as a bonus new customer. They are a little hidden gem in this strip center but I will definitely be back - please go give them a try - DELICIOUS!!!!!

I am not pleased with the service I received today, normally my orders are prepare in a timely manner, but today it took entirely too long. And not once did the young lady who took my order come back to let me know why it was taking so long. If this is the new norm I will not return back to this location. I came there at 9pm today.

Angela and her team at the spring stuebner location are awesome. We were recommended the Kimchi cheesesteak, and absolutely loved it!!

I came in for lunch at this location today & dine in, I ordered an Philly cheesesteak, fries & a strawberry lemonade. Immediately after I left my stomach went into deep knots & constant diarrhea! I have a severe fever & throwing up. I will never dine at this location again & would not recommend anyone else either. Food poisoning

Food is always fresh and hot. The employees are on point and the store is always clean.
After waiting for 10 minutes in front of the speaker , this guy sounded and said can you hold ? We said sure . After another 5 min he returned and asked for our order . We gave him the order and he then asks again what we ordered . We then again re stated our order , he says he got it . Yet we were still waiting for another 10 minutes and the car in front of us still hadn’t received their food . And they had been there well over another 10 min. Finally we decided to leave since the service already seemed delayed and careless from the beginning considering there was only one other car there apart from us and it being so slow. We decided to reverse and cancelled our order with the guy. No offense but I wouldn’t trust someone with this lack of energy to even get my order right .

This is one of the best Charley's locations I've ever been to. Greg is so amazing. He listens to your concerns and even helped me decide on which sandwich to order, which was delicious BTW. I just started working in the area but I will definitely be back frequently.
