Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I took off points for these reasons:
1. I ordered 1 bleu cheese and 1 ranch but received 2 ranch dressings.
2. One order was extra crispy and the other wasn’t. These orders were for two different people and I specified each name (as the ordering system asks). There weren’t any names on the plates, then they put the buffalo chicken for the two different people together. They also had them all extra crispy instead of just one order.
3. They gave me the wrong wing flavor for one order.

Great experience! Jefferson was very professional taking my order and Carlos threw down in the kitchen!! I enjoyed every bit of it.

I normally don't write reviews for fast food establishments, but my visit to this location today warrants an exception. The exceptional service I received needs to be acknowledged. I regret not getting the young lady's name(white female with glasses), but she was incredibly personable and respectful. This level of attention is a rare find, particularly in a fast food setting. The time was approximately 4:30 PM today. I truly hope her manager recognizes her for her outstanding work.

Jefferson was amazing tonight! He welcomed me in right away with a SMILE (which is not a common thing with food service) & he asked all the right questions.. like things most people might forget, like size preferences and even adjusting sauces for kids. Super friendly and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish!

Chicken Philly was really good but it would have been nice to have some type of dressing to pour on the sandwich for those who like a little extra sauce to enhance the flavor.

5 Stars! Amazing Night Shift Cook & Outstanding Customer Service at Charley's!
​I recently visited Charley's and had one of the best quick-service experiences in a long time. Not only was the restaurant incredibly clean and well-kept, but the entire staff truly sets a high standard for customer service.
​Specifically, I have to give a massive shoutout to the night shift cook. My Philly Cheesesteak Meal with Cheesy Fries (which you can see in the picture) was absolutely phenomenal—the cheesesteak was fresh, loaded with toppings, and perfectly seasoned. He truly killed it in the kitchen, and it’s the kind of meal that deserves serious recognition.
​Beyond the incredible food, the team was polite, friendly, and demonstrated outstanding honesty. I actually witnessed one of the employees run out the door to return a customer’s purse that had been left behind. That level of integrity, combined with great food, makes Charley's stand out.
​Charley's has earned a loyal customer with this dedication to quality food and exceptional service. Highly recommend stopping by, especially if you catch the night crew!
