Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I placed an order and paid online. My food was ready upon arrival. However, my fries were heavily seasoned and cold. I paid $1.20 extra for two ranch sauce cups and did not receive them. I ordered 6pc bone in lemon pepper, which was awful because the chicken had no sauce on it. All of the sauce was floating at the bottom of the bag and drenched on the napkins. The chicken was basically plain. Not sure why or how that happened. I did use the bathroom and there was no soap to thoroughly clean my hands with. Lesson learned to check my bag before leaving. I did not sit in to eat. I picked up my food and did not realize my order was wrong until I reached my destination, which was not far away. There was no time to double back to have my order corrected.

I thought the service would be nice but I clearly told them I don’t want bacon due to religious reasons and they added bacon on my food. The owner is good but the workers need to pay attention to the tickets.
