Been to this place several times when shopping next door. Everytime I give them the benefit of the doubt, I regret having done so. Wait too long when there and had better quality and service over the years even from non authentic places. Forget ordering or delivery because had my delivery canceled few times and not finding out until too late to react and had guests hungry on several occasions while trying to find something else. Pickup always seems they have their favorite customers and even new customers have no chance when a recognized customer walks in. My friends mentioned the same and I see that even in 2021, not much has changed in service. I would give negative if I could.
