our order tonight was absolutely horrible. We've ordered from Chef Chans before, and it used to be the best. the only thing good tonight was the sweet and sour soup. The chef Chan's beef tasted like it was cooked in leftover fish oil ,it was not crispy. The sesame chicken tasted just like the beef, also as if there was tons of beef bouillon and syrup to make the sauce. Lemon chicken was all breaded mush. Everything was mushy , bready and extremely salty. For $78.00 it would have been better for me to just buy the yummy soup and make my own food at home

The cook must have been mad that night. Food was mediocre at best. No flavor and the chicken was horrible. I had the generals chicken and was very disappointed. I will never try that place again.

I usually order delivery when I am working and never had a bad experience with the food. The chicken taste was horrible. I don't know if it was a bad batch but it definitely was not good like previous orders. Very upsetting and ruin any of me returning.

Same as the other recent reviews.. this place has gone way downhill. We have been going here for years and the quality is just gone. Massive strange black utensils that show how dirty they are and teeth marks, very expensive, small portions, tough chicken, terrible fried rice, and no longer a friendly place to eat. Sad

This place was wonderful last year! What happened ????We ate in today. Prices have skyrocketed and the portions were meager. They took the appetizer sampler off the menu too and now they are closed on Tuesday. It's sad this was a great place to eat last year.

Today I ordered Mongolian Beef through Door Dash. The meat was tough and inedible and it was too spicy and had no green peppers. I was refused a refund from Chef Chan’s and DoorDash! I won’t be using either. Live and learn.

Editing my review: we've been ordering here for a while, but whatever they've done recently is no bueno. They must have doubled the salt in the wonton soup, it's bad. Like really salty. They've raised prices, and the food tastes different. Solidly "meh" now, when before it's been great. If this has been your usual Chinese food go to place, be aware of the change!

Okay, last two visit were unbelievably delicious. Idk what they did but it's like old chef chans again. The food was on point. I had to tell everyone on here. Go visit the sesame chicken was super yummy and the General Taos was super good too got extra spicy.

We have frequented Chef Chef’s for a number of years but today will be our last visit. The food was not as in the past; smaller portions, more expensive, changed the decor and all the serving “hardware”, as in plates, utensils, drink ware, etc. have been changed, and not for the better. I don’t know if this is in anticipation of a new Asian Fusion restaurant opening in the same area soon or that a remodel/update to the shopping center is prompting higher rent. In any case, they just lost a once a week customer.
