A couple of weeks ago I had went to this location and the lady who took my order I believe her name was Tania she was so rude and it was hard to understand her she was being rude to her co workers too, she was all over there gossiping and not doing her job.

The Chick-fil-A near my house is my go-to because they’re always consistent, friendly, and on point with service. My food comes out fresh and accurate almost every time, and the team keeps a great attitude even when the place is packed — you can really feel the pride they take in their work.
I also love how involved they are in the community. They host fundraisers for local schools and put on family events throughout the year, which makes this location feel like a real neighborhood spot, not just a drive-thru.
If I had one small suggestion, it’d be automatically including napkins (especially for mobile pickup) and maybe adding a dedicated mobile pickup line during busy hours since this location stays busy.
Overall, they’re reliable, welcoming, community-minded and keeping our bellies full.

The dine in and take out service inside the restaurant lacked efficiency. I noticed some people noticeably annoyed by the wait time since there was only one cashier taking orders. The trash cans were overflowing until about 30min later I saw a new shift lady come in clean tables and take out trash. The most of the food was great, salad was old. The play area look clean and kids enjoyed their food and play time.

The guy who checked us out was a sweetheart however in the midst of checking us out their very rude manager “Vicky” went to scold him. It was very unprofessional on her part doing that infront of customers and ruined the atmosphere I hope you do something about her.
