Service is phenomenal, and the young lady waiting on us was even better. She was sweet.
I almost always give them a 5 for service. MCD gets a 3 or 4, but most doctor's offices in Houston get a 1 or 2. Go figure. The fast food industry has done a great job in service.

Always greeted with a smile and kindness. The wait in the drive thru line was minimal. It was fast and easy to place my order & pay. Was also quick to get the food. Total time in the drive thru was less than 5 minutes. Great customer service!!

Just went in to place an order through the drive-through. Vicky was the one taking my order. I’m not going say she was rude however when I the customer is going through the drive-through that is my area, if you the worker are standing clearly in the way where you can possibly get ran over then that is on you. Chick-fil-A please do better and stop allowing your employees to do this as it puts the company liable. There is no way customers in drive-through can see if they are going to run over someone’s feet when the person taking the order is clearly in the drive-through area and not on the curb!!!!!!

Fast order pickup through drive-through, nice and professional staff.
Absolutely worst cfa experience I’ve ever had. The customer service lacked very much compare to other locations I have been to. Not friendly at all or talkative. Received napkins in the bag with ketchup all over them, there’s no ketchup that was opened prior so these were put in the bag dirty. Left our missing sauce and order medium fries and there were about 3 big ones and the rest were crumbs.

very rude and will get your order wrong. worth the extra drive to get to another chick fil a. this morning i did a mobile order, went to the speaker and told them i had a mobile order for lauren, they said “okay pull up” so i did. at the window the girl said “your total is $9” and i was like oh i had a mobile order. she was like “if you want your order you have to tell the speaker not just pull to the window” and i was like uhhh okay? i literally did but whatever maybe she’s just having a bad day. then she says she’s out of the drink i ordered and so i ask if i can have a coke instead and she laughed and said “you can’t have that either sweetie” and rolled her eyes? and then didn’t even give me my sides. she needs to work at waffle house fr
def just this location im a red member and go to another location every single day and they never miss, only went to this one cuz i was driving my coworker to work and this chick fil a happened to be on the way, unfortunately.
