The worst service. The never gave me what I ask for, then when I go inside and ask for them to fix it they act like I’m the problem. The manager lectured the employee helping me fix what they didn’t get right saying next time don’t do that again she needs to pay. I’m not saying the customer is always right but clearly you just saw me in the drive through…. People if you want the original chick fil a service this location is not it..

Overall good service and good food. Drive thru gets really congested during peak time. If this is your regular location dont expect to get any good rewards regardless of status- all the operator offers is free delivery which is useless.

Ordered a spicy deluxe with American cheese. Received a spicy with cheese. Went to correct the sandwich. After 10 minutes never received the correct sandwich. I just asked for my money back. I was returned my sandwich money. They did not try to correct the order.

UPDATE.... august 14. 2025.... AGAIN ... NO STRAW.... What is the deal with no straws.? Are straws a up sale? Do I have to ask for a straw.
(3 months ago)1 missing straw ruined my meal. Sounds petty. But it's hard to drive in a hard rain & enjoy your meal and drink your frosted lemonade without a straw. And consume my frosted lemonade without a straw. I finally gave up. Do straws cost extra.? My money was the right shade of green. $14.32. But my experience lacked the value I come to expect from CFA. ONE STRAW.. made the difference.
