So disappointed! I ordered 12 grilled nuggets and a kids nugget meal. When I got to where I was going I noticed I had 8 fried nuggets (over done too) which my friend won’t eat, and I looked over to my kid eating a tender- I didn’t even know they had tenders. Also the box of fries with the nuggets was not full and looked like a bunch of bunch pieces.

This is the third time I come to this location because I just moved to the apartments near by and I can honestly say customer service is dead. Every time I go I get bad service or I come across a teenager who can care less about the company or their job. Specifically the girl with the glasses at the drive thru. Gave me my food and stayed quiet. Didn’t say thank you. Didn’t say have a good day. Sounds silly but that’s customer service! It’s the little things that matter. This location embers to do better.

I remember when I first start to come here there were adults who are always making sure everything is good but when I walked in today The customer service was bad there were a lot of young people they had me sit in my car for almost 30 minutes while they was getting everybody there food and even the ones in line they actually forgot that I had ordered food if I didn’t go to the counter to ask about my food there’s no telling how long I would have waited I’m definitely going to a better chick-fil-a with better service in tell there are better workers here.

The menu says they have coffee. You ask for it, and they tell you they don't have it. The problem is they don't want to make it. This happens all the time at this place. Please take coffee off the menu.

I have been coming to this location since it opened. There was a young man who I believe was a good manager/assistant and haven’t seen him in a bit. Not sure if management has changed but this location is failing in errors and customer service. The attitudes of the employees resemble McDonalds carelessness 🙄
I have had orders made incorrectly and it’s fine if it is corrected and I know we are human. It had been an issue that I was willing to over look until recently.

This last time I went for food, it was 2pm last week and my husband and I went to drive thru and they made a mistake on our food and we had to be put to park to wait for our order. We waited a good while and to have the employees be careless and rude.

When I got my order I told the young man who brought it and then he said “I don’t know and left”
Double checked my food and made sure to get my order. I had to wait on this order because they missed it 2 times.
I got off and told them politely and the “asst manager or person in charge” at the time told me she specifically put that order in my bag and had a very rude attitude and said I needed to go back and double check which I told her I took everything out and checked and made me upset to walk out again as if I were lying. I have money, I don’t need free food, we work our tails off to have the freedom to spend our money where we would like…so I bring her all my food for her to see.

These are the reasons we and most people choose chick fil a… you can get chicken anywhere
Customer service and good attitudes are hard to find. Let alone respect.

This location is a no for me and my family. We will take the drive elsewhere. I can get a messed up order at another location with respect and an apology from the heart.
Being in a pissy attitude is not what I’m ordering.
Stop hiring a bunch of kids who have little to no manners, tattoos and disrespect. That’s what makes chick fil a different

People will wait in line for better food and good customer service.

Years of Loyalty — Disappointed Beyond Words
I’ve been a loyal customer of this Chick-fil-A location for 5 years, visiting about three times a week since the day it opened. Unfortunately, my recent experience has shown me that this franchise’s customer care has fallen far below the Chick-fil-A standard I used to admire.
After a simple perk for free delivery turned into a $75 charge, I contacted customer support, called the restaurant multiple times, and even spoke with supervisors—yet no one has resolved the issue or issued a refund. I even reached out to corporate leadership, and I’m still waiting for a response.
Here’s what happened:
• I placed an online order using my free delivery reward, but the delivery fee was not waived.
• The manager told me to cancel the order. The app wouldn’t cancel, so she promised to cancel it on her end—but did not. I was charged twice for 1 order and have yet to be reimbursed.
• To place a second order, I had to repeatedly add funds to my Chick-fil-A account, which resulted in $75 being withdrawn from my bank.
• My order arrived incorrectly—twice—with breaded nuggets instead of grilled, despite clear instructions. The third attempt (finally correct) took over 2 hours.
• To this day, I have received neither a refund nor an apology.
As someone who has spent thousands here over the years, I find this unacceptable. Chick-fil-A built its reputation on great service and caring for the customer—values this location is not upholding. I hope corporate holds franchise owners accountable, because if this is the new standard, long-time loyal customers like me will walk away. #Chick-fil-A #chick-fil-A one #chick-fil-A operator. #MikeMagdelano #AndrewTCathy

Incorrect order yet again.... not sure what is wrong with this location but definitely not the chick fil a experience we have been accustomed to over the years. Will be avoiding in the future.

Asked for a cup of ice and Carla the manager was helping out at the window said no we couldn’t get a cup of ice because the ice machine was broken . But I purchased a drink that had ice in it and there were several made drinks sitting on the ledge full of ice. She didn’t know we could hear her the young man passing the order was very apologetic. My Salad was subpar also the corn was missing .

I usually eat Chick Fil A daily at work, sometimes up to 3 times a day, depending on how long my shift is and I never had a bad experience. I was expecting the same from a different location, however, that was not the case today. Unfortunately, the person taking my order happened to be Gabriel (good thing for the name tag he had to wear). His attitude was terrible from start to finish. After inputting the wrong item, he got frustrated and turned around, leaving me in line. When he came back shortly after, he went to a different lane and totally ignored me when I tried asking for an explanation. If you don't feel like doing the minimum, just clock out and go home, but don't be rude to your employer's customers. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow, during business hours and won't be returning to this place of business.

So I had went at 11 to get an 8-count large meal with a diet lemonade and a wrap large meal with dr.Pepper. I did not get straws, napkins, did not get any large fries and no chick-fil-la sauce. I had gotten a medium fry that’s about it! I was very pissed and annoyed they basically screwed up my whole order. I ended up going back and asking for it all. I don’t know what his name was but I asked for my 2 large fries and napkins, straws and chick-fil-la sauce. He helped me with all that and gave me a brownie as well without even batting an eye!! Whoever he was at 11:50 this morning that helped me with all that is amazing!! I hope the mangers find who it is and gives him a raise!

We went through the drive thru, ordered 3 plain biscuits and 2 orders of hashbrowns, we get to the window to find 3 biscuits and 1 order of hashbrowns in the bag. They didn't repeat our order at the speaker, and we had to pay for the other hashbrowns at the window bc she didn't add it to our 1st order. It should've been free bc that's their mistake
