Unfortunately, this location is nearest my house, and it is easily the worst Chik fil a operator I've ever experienced. I've been dozens of times over a year now. Today broke me, and I will now be driving further away to a different location.

1. You are at risk of being trapped in the morning drive thru UP TO 25 MINUTES WITHOUT A SINGLE CAR MOVING.
2. 50/50 chance that not only will your condiments be missing, but perhaps an entire side or sandwich. Can't ever drive off without checking, which unfortunately holds up the line more bc no one trusts them to get it right.
3. Order ahead? Hahahahhaha. No no, you'll still be waiting inside over 10 mins because they don't start your mobile order til you're there (and that's if you're lucky).

This Chik Fil A is NOT fast, and they don't care whatsoever.

It was great until a black lady and child came in and one of a group of teenage boys said something about her ethnicity . She overheard them, and started yelling, using profanity, telling them she heard them. Her profanity wasn't helping the situation. She could have quietly chastised them. The whole thing was causef by the young man who used the racial slur. We were sitting near all this, were finished eating, so left before it got any more out of hand.

Was just in there and I ordered my fiancé a 12 count nugget meal I paid $11.64 for a 12 count and received the 8 count and has trying to get in contact with the store to let them know but no answer so if anyone could possibly get me in contact with the store that would be much appreciated and I believe the 12 count nugget box is red and this is clearly not a 12 count nugget box

Chick-fil-A was a solid low-key date night spot. Food came out hot and tasty, and the staff was friendly. They missed the nugget count on my date’s meal; he chose not to have it fixed. Tables could have used a cleanup, but overall it was still a good experience. Convenient location makes it an easy return.

I frequent this location because it is closest to me, but lately I have experienced the worst customer service and it has become the absolute slowest Chick-fil-A. This morning I waited 20 mins in the drive thru to receive my order. I am going to take the extra drive time to go to another location

Almost every time I come here they don’t get my order right and I end up having to throw my sandwich away because of how much I hate pickles. Today, they thought they were slick and ripped the sticker off the package of the chicken sandwich (the corner of it was left so there was evidence) so I wouldn’t know that they picked the pickles off my sandwich. I could taste the pickles and smell it on my sandwich. It leaves juice and has a very distinct taste. I had to throw it away.
Please do better I am tired of wasting my money, the only reason I still go is because I live so close and I love chick fil a! This has happened so many times I have lost count.

Every time I come to this location I always ask for A SPICY deluxe with American cheese but somehow they always give me the regular chicken filet. It’s happened a few times , & I only have a 30 minute lunch so I don’t even have the time to wait for my correct sandwich especially when it’s busy most of the time.

Really disappointed with this Chick-fil-A location lately. My order which i had requested for delivery once again arrived completely cold and not fresh — this has now happened multiple times for delivery, and frankly in-store as well once before.

My last order on Nov 6th, 2025 showed delivered at 3:55 PM, but the store confirmed it was actually delivered at 3:30 PM and had just been sitting there at my front door because of an app issue. When I called, I spoke with Shelby, who said she was a Lead but not the manager. She wasn’t very helpful and told me I’d need to drive to the store for a refund or replacement, even though I’d already paid a delivery fee to avoid that.

This is now my third bad experience here. The food quality and customer service are nothing like what Chick-fil-A is known for. after 3 attempts of going and multiple complaints per the same issue...this will be my last time ordering from this specific restaurant. Don't have a Delivery service if you can't even keep the food 1. Fresh and 2. Have have a working app to notify that the order has been delivered. This restraunt will have the same issue and unfortunately no path to a resolution, especially if you speak to Shelby! she was the absolute opposite of what Chick-fil-A is known for, Complete Shameful!
