Check your bags before you leave!!! Every time we come through the drive thru they forget an entire entree!! Especially if it is a salad or a wrap, but often the sandwich for a combo is forgotten as well. It’s ridiculous how often this happens.

I didn't think I would need to write a review about this but this has been a reoccurring problem. I really enjoy the Mac and cheese here so I order it every time. Over time I started to notice that when ordering the medium size, the amount I would get would equal to the amount in the small. It seems the only thing I'm paying extra for is the cup. I don't like the fact that I keep getting ripped off every time. I've also had this experience with the fries as well. How disappointing.

However, I felt compelled to share my experience because no matter which employee I encounter, the service is consistently poor. They don’t follow basic courtesies like saying 'my pleasure' or 'thank you.' Instead, they just hand you your order and move on. If they can avoid speaking, they do. This isn’t just a one-time issue; it happens every time I visit. It’s disappointing because, at other locations, the staff are always so polite and attentive. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant falls short in customer service."

I came in today and I bought a sandwich first and then I went to the drive thru to order fries. I asked for a cup of ice, and Hailey replied “We are not doing that” So I replied “You’re not doing what?” She then said “We are not giving away ice.” So I said “That’s okay I’ll pay for it.” In which she replied “We are still not doing that.”
I then replied “Why what is the issue.” and she said “Because we are low on ice.” Which I felt was a lie because that was not her first response. And if I were to order a drink they would’ve had to give me ice.
When did Chick Fil A become so petty, this is not the treatment that I am accustom to receiving at Chick Fil A. If a customer is asking for ice give them ice, end of story.
