Employees sound depressed, morale is low. Never seen the CFA experience like this, definitely starts from the franchise owner and/or management leadership.
This seems to be the ONLY chicfila location that regularly messes up my orders. I typically use drive thru so by the time I realize it's wrong I've left. Never this location again. I asked for nuggets. I got grilled.

Do not bother with this drive thru. The worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. They have a tendency to not give you your whole order and make you pull into a parking spot to wait for the rest of it. This last time, they had me do this and I waited 15 minutes before having to leave WITHOUT my missing item, because I had to get my kid to school. Other people were waiting just as long. Seriously unacceptable service. Absolutely going to make a complaint to corporate because this store gives Chick Fil A a bad name…

I’ve ordered delivery multiple times through this location and they have been absolutely fantastic every time. This time around I had received the wrong drink and they not only replaced it but also gave me a cookie and re delivered for free ❤️ I was having a really rough day and they made my day thank you

Never in my life have I experienced this at any cfa. Raw nuggets delivered to us, about 6 were eaten before a feeling of looking and seeing that it was raw, not sure if the others were raw or it was just this one but regardless that’s cross contamination and absolutely disgusting. Immediately threw up. Staff seemed to not give any care at all, and couldn’t figure out how to get it resolved at all.

I asked for fresh nuggets because I'm paying for it . I understand yall over cook nuggets to keep the line moving but I do not want lukewarm nuggets. When I ask for it and yall don't do it, Then you get mad if I return them . It's a reason I tell you ahead of time and I have no problem waiting .
