For some reason they can’t hand out online orders correctly.. happened twice now. The doordasher even tried to argue that he had the wrong one and they kept telling him no he had the right one…

The service is always fast and friendly here. They recently closed for a renovation and I found it odd that they didn’t take that time to update or even deeply clean the play place for kids.

Got really sick 20 minutes after eating had to spend my night in the toilet thanks to chick fila
And my wife couldn’t sleep due to the stomach pain from eating there chicken only went because is closest to my house but not going waste my money to get food poisoning by chick fila.

They took my order wrong. When I offered to pay the difference to correct the order, the little girl who delivered the meal said that there was nothing they could do. They couldn’t take my money to cover the difference?!? So I just gave them all the food back and asked for a refund and a point of contact like an email to message the owner that his employees would rather not take the money to fix the order by paying for the difference and instead would rather refund ALL the money and throw away the food they brought out. The shift leader who came out just now refused to give me any time of contact information for the owner or when the manager would be in so I could talk to someone about how unprofessional they were. All of this happened just now 9/10/24 @ 0630pm. She refunded me incorrectly and when she went back to check on what to do with the incorrect refund, she just never came back. So we left. Hungry, disappointed, and short changed. They need a new chick fil an around this area. This one has obviously forgotten quality customer service, how to avoid wasteful impractical business practices, and proper training of all the kids that work here.

Going through the drive-thru, ordering was great and she did an exceptional job. However, once getting to the window the young lady at the window didn’t really pay attention that we were there because she was too busy singing and dancing. Not to mention the music being played was very loud and not appropriate at all for what Chick-fil-A stands for. This is the first time that I have been to Chick-fil-A and I had a concert being performed instead of getting my food. This has never happened before at this location. Once I realized she wasn’t paying attention and we were getting annoyed with the singing, dancing, and really loud music, we rolled the windows up and the young lady gave a disgusted look towards us and then rolled her eyes as if we had offended her. I really hope that it doesn’t continue to be like that or it really shows that management has really gone down hill.

It’s becoming increasingly frustrating going to this location. Service has not been good, this is the second time I’ve gotten home to realize some of our order is missing. In this case our daughter’s meal wasn’t provided. Another time fries were missing. A week before, one of the attendants outside was more interested in talking to her friend than taking my order. This seems to be atypical of other locations, but I think my family will just start taking our business elsewhere.
