I just want them to fix their chicken. 50+ ingredients in your chicken is NOT okay. It tastes disgusting and every sandwich is now unpredictable- this was the only chicken sandwich I used to eat. The fries don’t even taste like potatoes anymore. So disappointing

I’ve been to a lot of Chick-fil-A locations, and nothing compares to this one. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and even when the line is long, I know it’s going to be handled smoothly. The hard work yall all put in never goes unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it.

Waited 15 minutes this morning in drive thru. No one offered any explanation until some guy came out and said they are waiting on chicken. 15 minutes?
It was 610 in the morning. How are u out of chicken?
Eventually, after 15 mins, someone came out top of explain.
Do better Chikfila! Customer service is u stop usually good. This was not ok to make people wait without any explanation.

I hope I didn’t get the black girl in trouble by asking her to add more ice cream to my cone. It was pretty short lol. The mean girls look like they were ready to hurt you for honoring my simple request. Sorry if they were mean to you for that.

This is by far the worst Chick Fil-a I have ever been to. We went to the restaurant specifically because they said to come between 4-8 to receive a prize out of the box. When we arrive no box is delivered with the meal. We go inside and are told that they don’t have anymore, talk about false advertising. Then the manager is extremely rude and says “too bad we are out, you will have to come back next week and maybe get a box”. We ask if they will have a larger quantity of prizes and am told by the manager that it isn’t his problem, we should have arrived earlier. To top it all off we get home and the kids meal is missing the toy and our fruit cup is barely filled up halfway. Just the most disgusting service we have ever received at any Chick Fil-a. Also, the manager was so incredibly rude I don’t know how he ever made it to management at any establishment.

It’s a fine Chick-fil-A location overall. The dining area is definitely smaller than most, which makes it feel a little more crowded, especially during busy times. The food was the usual quality you’d expect from Chick-fil-A fresh, hot, and consistent. The employees were friendly enough but seemed pretty average compared to some other locations I’ve been to, not quite as enthusiastic or personal. Overall, it was a fine experience nothing special, but nothing bad either.

I eat at this location at least twice a week
Today the chicken on both our sandwiches were not cooked enough (so hard you can’t even bite them) , called the manager to complain, when she came in we showed her the chicken and instead of apology she gave us a lecture and stated that the chicken is cooked ! I told her I just wanted you to be aware and I don’t want anything else !
What a great way to manage and talk to customers !!!!!!!!
