Chicken Salad Chick

We love this place. It’s a great place for a high value meal. Super friendly staff with smiles on their faces. Would highly recommend for a family meal!

I just left chicken salad chicken. Very disappointed I'm taking back my previous five star review and leaving a one. I went there today on the way home and thought I would just stop by on the way home instead of ordering delivery and save a little bit of money. I normally order at least one family meal a week, sometimes too sometimes three and have told lots of friends about them. This time in the line I'm told they don't do family meals in the drive-thru, I just don't understand. It's two bowls of chicken salad, a salad and a tea. If I'd had six kids in the car with me and they'd all ordered something different, there would have been a lot larger order but they insinuated that because it's such a large order they can't do it in the drive-thru.
I don't think I'll be back.

My coworker told me about this place several times, over a month ago, and raved about it. It's a teacher's work day so we had an extended lunch, she invited us again and this time we tried Chicken Salad. I must say I am definitely a fan, will be returning with my daughter, and will try something else. Everything was great! Customer service was superb, the young lady and middle age man very so welcoming and informative. They answered all my questions, made suggestions, and gave samples. I had the BBQ flavored chicken sandwich with provolone cheese on a crossaint, soup, and a strawberry lemonade drink. The sugar cookie the crackers were all good.

I have been here multiple times. Not sure who is preparing but my sandwich was very very disappointing.
I ordered a cranberry chick. No flavor at all not alone super dry. Taste was mostly the croissant it was prepared on. Im afraid I will not be returning.

Stopped by a few days ago and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. In particular Tina was very accommodating and had excellent customer service skills. The chicken salad was really good and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. I plan to come back soon and highly recommend this location.

I used to eat here often. I don’t know what happened but the last time I ate here I got sick from probably gluten. I didn’t eat anything I hadn’t had in the past.

Nick was very patient with my mom as this was her first time to come to this restaurant he gave us samples and it was very friendly experience !!!Love the uplifting music they play!!!
