Fabulous experience! Loved everything we bought there, the yummiest grape marshmallow fruit salad, and the service was impeccable! All friendly employees, especially Jalen at the counter!

Jalen is one of the most kindhearted people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with him about 5 times at this location and he is always so sweet, patient, and joyful. Any time I come here, I always hope Jalen is working. You’ve got a good one CSC!!

Great healthy option in this area! The chicken salads are unique, freshly made, and delicious.

I don’t frequent, however when I do, the restaurant is clean and the service is always speedy.

I’ve tried a variety of their chicken salad, however this time I tried the lemon basil and egg salad. Lemon basil was delish! The egg salad was okay but not my favorite.

Overall it’s really good! Oh and their cakes are delicious as well!

Ive only been to this place twice & I can’t wait to keep going. I’m really big on customer service & the young man at the register was so patient when answering questions. & of course the chicken salads are AMAZING.

Just went in and ended up buying $58 bucks worth of chicken salad. After the guy rang me up, I said hey bud.. can you toss me a couple of pickle spears in there as well please. This guy says.. sure thing.. but I need to charge u again for those. I was like hold up… I just bought damn near 60 bucks worth of chicken salad and u can’t spot me 2 pickle spears.. you want to run my card for 2 pickle spears. I like this place usually and come in regularly .. maybe I’m being petty… but I felt like that was similar to wanting to run my card for a couple packs of ketchup after spending a decent amount of money there. I felt it was poor customer service and will be choosing other places to eat till my nerves calm a bit. Date was 12/23/24 - ticket number 761802365 at 2:34 PM

I love Chicken Salad Chick but now live so far from one, so was excited to visit while visiting my parents. This location closed at 8 and I arrived at 7:45, so I tried to hurry. The employees were so kind and didn't rush me at all, even checking to see if I needed extra silverware or crackers for my to go order. They also waited to empty and clean the drink machine until they made sure I didn't want a refill while I waited on my order. They were kind, friendly and polite. As someone who formerly worked a closing shift I know how frustrating it can be when someone comes in late but they were so patient. 5 stars for them! Food was great as always.

Chicken Salad Chick takes a fun twist on chicken salad and makes it so fun and yummy! The atmosphere at the Birnham Woods location is so nice!!

I love this concept and the options they give you. I’ve visited multiple locations in The Woodlands and Houston Area and they are all super friendly and the customer service is exceptional. Lisa at the Grand Parkway location was amazing and here customer service was A+. Highly recommend trying Chicken Salad Chic, they will not disappoint.
