Would leave 0 stars if I could. Worst Chipotle, or fast food in general, I’ve ever been. Trash everywhere, dirty tables, dirty floors, dirty soda/plasticware station. Trash can was 100x times than overfilled, and employees do not care a bit, not sure management cares either. Portions are very small compared to the price paid, do not waste your money.

Really disappointed with my recent order from Chipotle. They forgot my guacamole which was literally the first item on the ticket. How do you forget the very first item on the order? Attention to detail matters, especially when it comes to keeping customers satisfied. It's frustrating to pay for somethingg and not receive it. Chipotle needs to do a better job double-checking orders before they go out.

Yesterday around 4:30pm I came with my 2 children they are 9 y & 4 year olds .. we come every Wednesday before their tennis clases .
The man who was serving was very disrespectfull and rude , when I paid I ask him for he’s name , he ignored me . Then I left the place so I took and left my children to their clases and came back to talk with the Manager. When I ask the guy he’s name again he ignore , I ask to talk with the manager , she came out and said she was going to call the police as she wanted me out out the store , none of them gave me their names . I went out side and call the police but they said they could not do anything that I had to call customer service .
Worst part on these , I could see from the out side how the staff was laughing !!
Ridiculous never again I be going to a Chipotle
Im on the process to take legal action .

please save your money and go to a different chipotle. the person who served my food had circular glasses and he was such a cheapskate. i ordered two chicken bowls and after seeing our portion, I asked him for more. He added a tiny little scoop and I asked for more again and he said it would be a double charge. Just look at my two bowls down below. Save your money and do not visit this store.

I usually enjoy Chipotle — the food is always good, and I appreciate the consistency. I tried the new chimichurri sauce today and didn’t love it, but that’s fine, everyone has different tastes.
However, the real problem was the lemonade. It tasted expired or spoiled, and when I told one of the employees, he didn’t seem too concerned and never checked it even after about 10 minutes. That’s worrying, especially for other customers later in the day. I really hope management takes this seriously because I’ve always liked this place, but this experience makes me think twice before coming back.

I regularly eat chipotle because it is one of the only ā€œcleanā€ options I have on the guy. This location specifically DELIBERATELY shorts your food if you do pickup orders. If you don’t actually watch them make it, they will basically skip your protein of choice entirely. A complete waste of $12-$20 every other time I pickup food here it’s either wrong or entirely missing food. I HAVE to go inside to make sure if I’m going to eat from this location to hope I get a correct order.

Listen, I love Chipotle. I get it all the time BUT…

This particular location rations meat like it’s the Great Depression. I’m fed up. You’d think they get a commission based off how much meat they can keep out of your bowl.

Anyways, I get (2) bowls, no rice or beans, just carne and guac with some pico. They give me the ole stranded on a raft in the middle of the Atlantic with one Slim Jim ration of meat on both. I get double to make it one normal scoop, no big deal. Well they ring me up and it’s 50 bucks… I know chipotle ain’t cheap but for perspective that’s around the cost of 15 burgers at In-N-Out. Insanity. It’s only a matter of time before prices get so high for nothing that you’ll be selling your first born for a bowl of air that has the slight aroma of meat.

I know it’s not every location, but I think I’m throwing in the towel on Chipotle for good. No matter how good the Port Arthur location is (best scoopers in the game).

Had a bad experience with the service a few years ago and never went back. Today I decided to go back and give them another shot. THEY STILL SUCK! Terrible customer service and meat is in giant chunks. I will resume my personal boycott if this store.

Really unacceptable experience for a chipotle. The workers selectively go to the side kitchen (where online orders are made) to get items they may be out in at the main ordering area. Don’t say you don’t have queso, fajita veggies, or white rice when I can see it in the back and can order it online.

i accidentally place an order here, and the total amount was a bit over 20 dollars. i tried calling and spoke to a representative and i was told they weren’t going to refund me for my order. i explained to them everything and they still wouldn’t even offer me a gift card or anything to compensate me. take your money somewhere else
