I went Saturday night January 11th. The restaurant east dirty, the garbage can were full with garbage falling in the floor. Several drink flavors were missing. Tables were dirty. Several of the employees were just chatting with each others and not paying attention to the costumers. I asked for extra salt because the food had not flavor and they took a while to pay attention to my request. I am so sad that Chipotle is going downhill, I has been having bad experience lately. The management is not paying attention to the several issues in many locations.

Walked in an hour before closing, noticed the brand to look super dry… crusty looking!… got to the sour cream…. Lumpy… then… put it on my Togo order… looked water! I mentioned it didn’t look fresh, the guy said it’s too cold. (Well shouldn’t that be addressed) I said you know the beans look dry, and a little crusty… he says yeah… “they’ve been out a while”! Needless to say, if you like eating rotten or spoiled food eat there, I left and went to another chipotle!
*I wish I would have read the other reviews before wasting my time. They are all spot on.

Every single time we go they forget to put something in our bag. The drinks are horrible, and the majority of people working hate their job or at least it seems that way. I have to remind the cashier every single time that chips and a drink comes with the kids meal, and he looks at me like I’m a horrible person. It’s dirty inside. Their drinks are either flat, hot, or broken. They need to do better!
Service was awful, they charged for something I didn’t order and had AirPods in the whole time.

when i went to order, i have order a burrito with barbacoa . the meat that they put in the burrito is mediocre; and i got two bags of chips and a large queso. the guys gave me only one bag of chips with a small queso. i have to wait and asked for the other bags of chips. 😡

The portions were not like any other location I've been, but thought maybe all the others wore just generous until I tried my lemonade. Lemon water would have been better. The guy at the pickup window was nice, but had no clue of what the restaurant offers. Worse experience at any Chipotle. Definitely not worth the $40 I spent.

Never knew a chipotle that doesn’t give chips with queso…their food already taste bad and now I purchased mediocre food with no chips. SMH. I would have left it there if I knew that ahead of time. I’ll be driving further if I want chipotle.
