I don’t normally write too many reviews but man, Chipotle you gotta do better. We went in at 7pm on a Tuesday. Not exactly peak hours for this location considering there were maybe 3 other patrons and no line.Half of the items were out. No barbacoa, chicken, steak, corn, queso, veggies, not even TORTILLAS. A couple items 86’d is understandable but this is unacceptable. Couple that with what WAS available looked like it had been sitting out all day.This location used to be a great Chipotle that we frequented, but all of the price increases over the last couple years and declining service have us avoiding it for good.

This was my second time at this Chipotle. Do better Chipotle! Whoever owns this location....your employees are running it into the ground. 2 weeks ago I was there at about 9:15 in the evening. I waited for 10 minutes to order and no one else was there but me. I tried to order crispy tacos...out of shell tacos...also out of soft tortilla tacos. They did have the tortillas for a burrito so I went with that instead. Everything looked like it had been sitting for a while. Tonight, I gave it another try. My gf and I get there around 9. She's a vegetarian...out of guacamole they say. But we see the avocados sitting there. She asks if we still want to eat there. We say no. She sarcastically says "bye" to us. We won't be returning. I never have this problem in Houston at Chipotle. This must be a Woodlands thing.

Didn't get a single thing correct in our order! Ordered two burritos and got two burrito bowls. Ordered guac, got queso. Ordered no chips, was given two bogs of chips! There's no phone number listed on Google to call them!!!

Worst chipotle I’ve been to, have been going here since its opening and it has declined in service drastically. This chipotle acts as if it’s rationing and gives the smallest portions of any other chipotle I’ve ever visited. I will be taking my business to CAVA because you actually get the amount of food you pay for.

They’re always out of everything, no matter the time of day. The reason is because the workers stand around and don’t prep any meat, guacamole, or much of anything else. Several food code violations have occurred at this Chipotle. I’ve seen them not use gloves, they will carry chicken from the drive thru lane and serve it to people who are lined up inside because they’re too lazy to cook any new meat, and the guy who came to collect money to deposit just sets all his dirty bags on the prep counter. This is by far the worst Chipotle ever and needs to be shut down.
Terrible….second time to be utterly terrible. It’s a Wednesday night at 8:20 (they close at 10). Was really wanting a good salad but not today…..they have to use chopped up “taco lettuce as the have no salad lettuce. No steak, no grilled veggies, only dried out chicken, dried out plant meat and something swimming in orange grease. No salad dressing either. The kids Working there were friendly but all they could say was sorry we’re out. I wanted to tell them quit standing around and throw some meat on that grill and cook it, y’all still have an hour and a half till closing. Should have just left but I was already there. If you can’t cook food to serve then shut it down. By far the worse chipotle ever.
