On Monday, April 22, I went to buy a Chipotle from Loetta, since I wasn't very hungry, I just asked the lady if I could order just one taco and she said yes. At the time they charged me, I didn't realize that it cost me $12.67. When I got home I couldn't find the receipt and they charged me because I bought 3 tacos on April 23, I went to talk to the manager and I told her to only give me the two remaining tacos to which she told me that without a receipt I couldn't do anything … but the girl who placed my order told her if she came yesterday and I only gave her a taco, what the manager told me, I can give you an order for free and I lose out on what I told her I didn't want more than what I know. They had charged me how I paid, Apple Cash said it would refund me and when I checked my account, nothing. I didn't expect them to give anything for free, just to give me what I had already paid for and what the lady who helped me confirmed. what bad service

The food portion at this location should be considered a crime. Basically got 3 grains of rice and 2 pieces of lettuce. Every time you ask them for extra rice or extra anything on the order you might as well not have. It’s very annoying when you’re hungry and get disappointed with the food! Unfortunately, this location is the closest to my house so when I order online it immediately chooses this one. I’ve learned to never order from here again… other chipotles I’ve been to have never been so stingy with the food portions :/

This chipotle is the worst I’ve been to. I love chipotle but the people here are rude & don’t even give the normal amount of food & their ingredients aren’t as fresh. I’ve been here twice, same story each time. I’d rather just drive to a slightly further location, at the least the food will be good and the people are a little nicer.

I expect privately own businesses to open late not chipotle. 10:47???? No excuse. Also the customer service at this establishment is totally trash. They act like they own the place and can do whatever they want. Maybe they do and they can watch people slowly go somewhere else.

Charged extra for more rice as a “side” they don’t tell you that it will be extra until you get to the register. I’ve never been charged for extra rice at this location or any other location. Very inconsiderate.

Wow hadn't been in years the board says Steak burrito 10.75 they ask you what you want on the burrito they don't tell you a spoon full of guacamole was 2.75 and queso is 1.95....the "steak" was nothing but grisly beef...staff was condescending and just lame..16$..it was inedible.....never again...

Several reasons for lower rating....This Chipotle had a smaller menu than other ones I've gone to. Secondly, it took a little while to get waited on though we were the only customers there at the time. The absolute worst thing was when I got home, I discovered my chicken was burnt?

I absolutely love Chipotle. I usually order on the app however I went in to order this time. I ordered a bowl and when I asked for extra rice, the girl who was filling the bowl was about to do it when the girl behind her said "what are you doing?" and the girl helping us told her. She then proceeded to lecture us about getting any extra ingredients and how we'd have to pay for it. I have never had a problem or been charged more before. Only 1 staff member was the problem the others were friendly. I understand if they've changed things, but she was completely rude about it.
