First time coming here in awhile, my daughter ordered chicken fajita bowl. We sat down and all the tables were dirty. I noticed marketing materials on the table so I followed the instructions. When I went to the register they said I had to purchase something (we already did). The offer makes no mention to the consumer “with purchase”. **Very deceptive trade practices**

This is absolutely the worst Chipotle you will ever visit you'll be here for 30 minutes before you order and you will have to ask them to give you the proper servings of everything over and over absolute craziness

Unfortunately, every time I try to get something from here it's a fail. Like they don't care at all. They are just there and it isn't fresh or consistent. I have to go to another location away from home to get a good food experience. So sad!

Easy, simple, the kids love it. After kids games and when they are very hungry, my family and kids know Chipotle always hits the spot. Friendly workers good food, relaxed atmosphere, all were present at our last visit to this location. We will definitely come back!

Unfortunate. I usually enjoy my chipotle but I realized that is because I always get it to-go. Today Saturday August 23, 2025 my wife and I came in around 7:45pm and decided to dine in. (This Chipotle closes at 10:00pm). As we sit down to enjoy our meal, we noticed a staff member (either had red streaks in her hair or red ribbons) was cleaning the chairs and tables. Thats cool, she has a job to do, no biggie. But then she starts cleaning the table right next to us which is less than 1 foot away on my right. And she is spraying the table with the cleaning solution bottle to wipe down the table. I was taken aback and a bit judgmental but didnt think much of it. Then…she did it again to the other table that was immediately to the left of me which is also less than a foot away. I can only imagine the aerosol particles that dispersed into the air and into our food (since we are less than a foot from the tables and the spray of the cleaning solution). I can only hope and pray that my pregnant wife and my unborn child does not suffer any medical complications from this incident. Shameful display. We lost our appetite and we had to throw away the rest of my wife’s food, just to be safe.
Not sure if this is a training issue or just a personnel/staffing issue. But I hope the team learns from this and becomes a bit more aware and observant of the customers around them as they conduct their day to day duties.
