This location has the most spoon shakers. Sometimes u luck out and get a fair portion of protein but most times they will shake the spoon to make sure you’re not getting too much chicken.
Same employee made a meal for another employee on break and they got a heaping scoop plus a quarter spoon on top. For me with the same protein except I got double I had a pathetic spoonful followed by my second portion being 3/4 of the first. I should’ve left at that point. Honestly just gonna quit eating there till they figure out a better system of giving everyone a fair portion.

I was a little hesitant because of the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised how everything was. The staff was friendly and quick and I got the carne asada which was soft and flavorful. Everything was on point!

Came in for two to go orders at 7:15PM. They were out of white rice and veggies. I asked if they were making some more and the girl replied, “no.” They close at 10pm so that makes no sense. There was no cook in the kitchen and a girl wiping the fridges down.
I got carne asada for both orders and the meat is extremely dry and tough. This is NOT how carne asada should be prepared and served. Especially being their most expensive meat on the menu. The girl behind the counter never once made eye contact and put half scoops of everything I requested on there. This is including the guacamole that I paid extra for. To not get a full portion of an extra charged item is extremely annoying.
Lastly, when I walked over to get some utensils, they were out of forks and knives and trash was overflowing everywhere.
My experience was not pleasant and the food is poor.

Awesome new Chipotle spot! The drive-thru is a great idea — super convenient. Service was quick and friendly, and the food was fresh and tasty like always. Definitely coming back!

I had a small window of time to grab lunch. The app ordered my food from a different location, although I’ve always ordered from this location. The store manager refused make it good, and handed me a card with an 800 number written on it. 4 tries calling before the automated system put me through to someone on the other side of the world (literally). They refused to give me a refund for my $11.62 unless I put in another order at the correct location. By this time, I was back to work and was not able to do this, I had to go without lunch. And I’m out $11.62. They are the worst to deal with and I will never go back there. Which is sad, being gluten free, Chipotle has been my go-to for a quick meal for over 15 years.

Went into this chipotle today around lunch (12pm) and when I say every staff that was working there was so professional and kind. The food was so fresh and cooked very well. Everyone was super polite and considerate with how much and what you wanted. This was the best experience I had at ANY chipotle ever!! 10/10 and it’s clean all around in there 👏🏾 keep it up guys

First tume for me and the crew made it easy fun and delicious, I got chicken, black beans, pico,grill onion and bell pepper, with some guacamole it was really good. I'll go again.

My wife and I ordered online and picked up 2 burrito bowls. She had chicken maybe 10 small cubes, I had barbacoa also very little meat. Where our bowls are usually more than we can eat or atleast get full this trip we got maybe a little more than half of what we usually get. If I wanted a bowl of rice then I would have ordered just that. Most likely will not go back as service has been steadily going down hill.

I like chipotle and its good but todays was IMMACULATE I dont know if I was just hungry but its was the best burrito I have eaten from there probably. Whoever is working right now needs a raise

The food unfortunately is hit or miss.
The quesadilla I ordered was not edible. It was wet and mushy, the steak was chewy, the queso was a congealed lump. I only ate a couple of bites and was sick. To make it worse, they refuse to refund my money. Everything is way too expensive now to pay for something you can’t even eat.

Protein portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. The give you under a half of a scoop and when you get for a little more they wanna charge you for double chicken. If that’s the case give me double the size.
