Went into this chipotle today around lunch (12pm) and when I say every staff that was working there was so professional and kind. The food was so fresh and cooked very well. Everyone was super polite and considerate with how much and what you wanted. This was the best experience I had at ANY chipotle ever!! 10/10 and it’s clean all around in there 👏🏾 keep it up guys

My wife and I ordered online and picked up 2 burrito bowls. She had chicken maybe 10 small cubes, I had barbacoa also very little meat. Where our bowls are usually more than we can eat or atleast get full this trip we got maybe a little more than half of what we usually get. If I wanted a bowl of rice then I would have ordered just that. Most likely will not go back as service has been steadily going down hill.

The quesadilla I ordered was not edible. It was wet and mushy, the steak was chewy, the queso was a congealed lump. I only ate a couple of bites and was sick. To make it worse, they refuse to refund my money. Everything is way too expensive now to pay for something you can’t even eat.

Protein portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. The give you under a half of a scoop and when you get for a little more they wanna charge you for double chicken. If that’s the case give me double the size.

Last time I ordered online, when I got home with my order, my burrito was half the size it normally is. I tried to call but got sent to some phone bank where they tried to negotiate with me instead of making it right by sending the correct item or at least giving me one the next time I was there. Really like the food but not sure I will risk putting myself in that position, maybe I’ll only eat there going forward where if there is an issue I don’t have to go to some phone bank who knows where to make it right

Ordered meal and asked for a cup of water. Clerk said “we don’t give out cups for water. People say they want water and get soda so everyone pays for a soda.” I told clerk to get me a cup of water so she could be sure I didn’t “steal” soda and she refused.
Absolutely ridiculous went in to order and was told they were out of Guacamole at 8:30pm and that they could not use the guacamole that I was looking at because it was for “mobile orders” only. First of the response should have been we put at the moment if you would like to wait a few minutes we are making more or use the Guacamole that is 3ft away instead of turning down business. Ridiculous policy I’d it’s all coming from the same store.

Excellent food and service. I haven’t been to this location in several months and all I can said that before the restaurant was dirty and the food was cold and it didn’t have flavor. But now it completely changed for the best. the restaurant is spotless and the costumer service and food quality is great.

Honestly we've had pretty bad luck at this location with delivery and pickup orders, and hadn't been in months. Was needing something to eat with my kids tonight and we made a huge mistake going back here. Ordered one kids quesadilla (wasn't cooked just shredded cheese) ordered a kids make your own tacos with chicken (gave us 2 plain tortillas) and I ordered adult tacos with 2 brisket and one chicken (put brisket and chicken on all 3). Best part was obviously didn't notice it until we were home, AND on my 2nd taco I bit into a long hair and I about lost it. Thanks for almost $40 wasted.
