Food orders are usually correct, however I dont think I have ever had a bowl from this store with fully cooked rice. I work down the street and for the last year I've never gotten fully cooked rice. Its kinda insane how that can be done that often. Crunchy and gross every time. Luckly its free from my company.

Ordered a steak quesadilla and got home to find they left out the quesadilla so I had nothing but sauce and sour cream. Then you cannot speak to the store, you have to talk to a chat bot or respond to an email! Horrible service!
Dont order to go from here. Continuously leaving out the salad dressing and I've had to return THREE TIMES TONIGHT 12/13/25 !!! Forgetting kids meals, to making the wrong order and pushing it out the widow. Although they were polite and apologetic and I remained civil as well, I was highly agitated! The least they could have done was comp the item they forgot as well as the one they messed up. Not happy

Shut it down! Why did I take my chances of going back. They sold me some old black beans I was throwing up all night. Possible food poison my body feels weak they need to inspect this place again! I’m never eating chipotle again!

I visit this Chipotle location 2–3 times a week, usually after 6 PM, and every single time, they’re out of basic ingredients… vinaigrette, lettuce, or rice. It’s beyond frustrating, especially considering the premium price you pay for a simple salad.
What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve voiced my concerns politely to multiple managers and even the GM, and nothing has changed. The lack of follow-through and consistency is unacceptable.
This location clearly has a recurring problem with inventory or operations, and it needs to be fixed. Customers deserve better.
I'm clearly a gluten for punishment because I have never received a correct delivery order from this location. They do not seem to take any pride on their work. From what I remember, the lettuce is supposed to be shredded and I don't recall it including spinach and I was given a handful of rice and did not receive the chips I ordered. Extremely disappointing, but I have learned my lesson, I will NEVER order from this location again!
I ordered through the app again this time at this location. I used my free coupon and I asked for double steak and chicken. I get home and there’s no steak at all. I’m irritated that I didn’t check the bag but more irritated that I can’t seem to get what I order from chipotle anymore. It’s very frustrating to have your heart set on something just to be let down.

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. One employee was noticeably rude, appearing disinterested in her job and displaying a negative attitude toward both customers and her coworkers. When handling my order, she carelessly threw my food into the bag. Additionally, the employee taking my order seemed impatient, rushing me and making dismissive gestures as if inconvenienced by my large order.
If staff members are not prepared to provide courteous and professional service, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to others.
I stopped by this evening to get dinner, and this Chipotle was very efficient and very friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience!
The last two orders I have placed were delivered as wrong orders. Today I was the recipient of another’s order and our orders were not closely related. It took a lot of effort to make this order so wrong.
