Chipotle Mexican Grill

I visit this Chipotle location 2–3 times a week, usually after 6 PM, and every single time, they’re out of basic ingredients… vinaigrette, lettuce, or rice. It’s beyond frustrating, especially considering the premium price you pay for a simple salad.

What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-off issue. I’ve voiced my concerns politely to multiple managers and even the GM, and nothing has changed. The lack of follow-through and consistency is unacceptable.

This location clearly has a recurring problem with inventory or operations, and it needs to be fixed. Customers deserve better.

I'm clearly a gluten for punishment because I have never received a correct delivery order from this location. They do not seem to take any pride on their work. From what I remember, the lettuce is supposed to be shredded and I don't recall it including spinach and I was given a handful of rice and did not receive the chips I ordered. Extremely disappointing, but I have learned my lesson, I will NEVER order from this location again!

I ordered through the app again this time at this location. I used my free coupon and I asked for double steak and chicken. I get home and there’s no steak at all. I’m irritated that I didn’t check the bag but more irritated that I can’t seem to get what I order from chipotle anymore. It’s very frustrating to have your heart set on something just to be let down.

I had a disappointing experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. One employee was noticeably rude, appearing disinterested in her job and displaying a negative attitude toward both customers and her coworkers. When handling my order, she carelessly threw my food into the bag. Additionally, the employee taking my order seemed impatient, rushing me and making dismissive gestures as if inconvenienced by my large order.
If staff members are not prepared to provide courteous and professional service, they should not be working in a customer-facing role. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to others.

I stopped by this evening to get dinner, and this Chipotle was very efficient and very friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience!

The last two orders I have placed were delivered as wrong orders. Today I was the recipient of another’s order and our orders were not closely related. It took a lot of effort to make this order so wrong.

I arrived at this location to dine in and enjoy my large bowl. The food was very good, they just give such small portions every time and I don't understand why. The setting was very clean and it smelled really good inside as I was enjoying my meal. The parking is mediocre and nothing can really be done about it due to this business sharing a unit space next to two OTHER businesses.

Next time I will just choose to go to FreeBirds though due to portion amount. They barely keep giving you any food when you add extras on top of your rice even when you are already willing to pay extra. You get your money worth at FreeBirds instead..
(Food is delicious though!)

I went in there today to order a bowl with fajita meat, the guy literally put 9 cubes of ?… I said you don’t mind putting a little more please, he said that would be extra?‍♂️ you have to be kidding me canceled my order and went to the local taco truck… the taco truck wins today. Maybe the next guy at chipotle will get it correct let’s not count our cubes of meat.

They often forget to pack items from my order. Things like chips or the salsa. It gets a little annoying and I've often already left and drove home so I'm not going back to complain about it. This crusty broken tortilla that was packed with my burrito bowl.
