I eat at chipotles all around houston and this one stands out as one of the worst to order from. You order online and you get a sloppy thrown together bowl. You order in person and the person doesnt hear/care to follow instructions you give them. Causing me to either repeat myself multiple times or decide the option isnt worth it. Portioning is all over the place. You will get a half scoop of rice one time and the next get 2-3 scoops making it impossible to eat without spilling food everywhere. Speaking of rice, more often than not is undercooked causing it to be very tough. The only thing this location has going for it is simply that, location.
Overall - This location simply doesnt care that much. Head over to the woodlands mall location if you want to have a nicer meal.

We asked if we can get our order canceled due to placing it at the wrong location and the replay was “I don’t think so?” Then replayed back again “sorry no one knows how to cancel it” then closed the CHIPOTLE lane window on us.

I really don’t like to make bad reviews because I understand it affects business but is the only option. I was so exited about eating chipotle for lunch with my husband and two friends, to start with, the lady in the front , looked like she was having a bad day , not a friendly attitude, she barely hear what we wanted, rushed to wrap the burritos, tortillas were super cold, I let her know and in a very unfriendly attitude wrapped and warmed a little, but didn’t made any difference, so was the burrito from my friend. Bad experience Not returning for sure
