I got a very bad case of food poisoning at this location and almost had to go into the ER. I was in so much pain that I was squirming and am still in pain. My food tasted extra sour, which I though was heavy vinegar. Nobody, eating the food, can tell if anything has gone bad or not because it was so sour and mixed in with all sorts of sour foods, until too late. The guy and gal on the registers were not only unfriendly, but exceptionally self-centered, judgemental, and presumptuous. We are in Texas and not Mexico, so we are used to fresh food without bad bugs. Did you all cheat in your Food Handlers Certificates? Or, did you forget all that you had learned in the class? The DEI movement is not working as many companies have realized. You all need to hire people who are good at their jobs.

Chipotle is my favorite place to eat and I hate to leave a bad review. Half the time I come through the drive-thru or order from doordash they forget my items or deliver me the wrong thing. I ordered from them TWICE tonight because they messed up the first order. And my second order was missing items as well. Some days they seem to be very well ran. But half of the time I go there it's like this. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience tonight.

So apparently when you order a bowl at this Chipotle restaurant this is what they give you. This place has been going downhill for some time and it seems like half the people that work there are on dope. Very very disappointed that it's that hard to make food.

I paid for double portion of meat and was given not only the wrong meat, but it was visibly dry and burnt. The kids meal was also served wrong. The location in market street is worth driving to cause the food here is trash.

I had a bug in my lettuce, so who knows what less is in the food… gave me the ick fasho & I lost my appetite… lol I don’t even know why I’m eating chipotle before 12pm 🤦🏾‍♂️ this isn’t something to wake up to.

Ordered a steak bowl online. Got home and there was no steak to be found. Took the order back and was asked if I wanted the order re-made. “Yes”. When I received the order the second time:
“There you go.”
No apologies, no offer of a complimentary drink or side, nothing. Like this was business as usual.
Done with this place.

No yhicken?? Earlier today I was on a road trip and decided to stop shortly to quiet my belly. I was absolutely ecstatic to indulge in a good Chipotle burrito. Little did I know… I would soon be devastated, no… EXASPERATED by this lack luster establishment. I waltz into the restaurant, ready to sink my teeth into fine mexican cuisine, however, my face sinks as the worker informs me of their yhicken shortage. What an outrage. “Would you like to try the yhisket?” she asks. I feel my jaw tighten. I am offended, however I hold back my frustration. I look behind her in search of anyone cooking. Not a soul behind the grill. I guess i shouldn’t be surprised, the kitchen walls were grimy and the counter tops discolored. I have no choice but to pity the woman. I knew I had to get out of there as soon as possible. -47.4/10 Chipotle… you almost lost a customer. Shame.

Ha ha ha, came in with the fam. Shortly after, an extremely charismatic older lady came in asking for a highly customized order ( extremely funny scene). Frank took the order, and catered to the lady in an extremely sophisticated way, while always smiling. Shortly after the whole scene turned into an extremely funny SNL sketch that made the whole place crack of laughter. Frank made our day to say the least 🤣🤣🤣! Great food, great service! This man deserves a raise! (Or a crack at his own TV show)

Terrible customer service of the girls on the front. The girl with cat glasses mocks and laughs at people and customers when they make a complaint. They are always angry and any complaint results in a fight with the customer.
