This location is a mess. Person taking my order didn’t understand the high protein menu… idk why adding a scoop of chicken is that complicated. Also prepared it with zero care. Ingredients were put in piles instead of spread out, so only half of my bowl has chicken, half has salsa, and there’s a random pile of sour cream. Also chips were randomly super super stale which I’m not used to from chipotle.
Systems were broken, line is slow, prep is sloppy, and employees don’t understand an extremely basic menu - I love chipotle but will need to find a better run location.

The food is literally always cold tried to complain to the manager tonight when I went in about 2 unsatisfactory mobile orders. She just gave me a cyst service number. Let’s me know they do not keep the food at the recommended temp to prevent bacteria. Needs to be inspected. Well Michael I would love to contact you however that email is invalid. These are the games you all play.

I ordered a bowl with half Carne Asada, half steak extra white rice, extra pinto beans light tomato and cheese When I picked up the order and brought it home, the bowl was half empty. It looks like they hand counted how many beans they put in there and hand counter how many pieces of Steak to put into the bowl.

I visited on December 9th, 2025, and the person who prepared my food forgot to add the carnitas meat. I noticed it about a minute after picking up my order. When I went back, I showed her my bowl and explained there wasn’t any meat in it. She told one of the other servers to give me some carnitas in one of those small plastic containers used for salsa.
That was really disappointing — I paid for a $10 bowl and received a portion of meat barely the size of two McDonald’s chicken nuggets. Everyone makes mistakes, but she didn’t apologize, and the small portion felt like an extra insult. Sadly, for the first time ever, I left a Chipotle location still hungry.

Sropped in this evening and the gentleman who made my order was extremely pleasant! Thank you for wonderful service. I eat at chipotles all around houston and this one stands out as one of the worst to order from. You order online and you get a sloppy thrown together bowl. You order in person and the person doesnt hear/care to follow instructions you give them. Causing me to either repeat myself multiple times or decide the option isnt worth it. Portioning is all over the place. You will get a half scoop of rice one time and the next get 2-3 scoops making it impossible to eat without spilling food everywhere. Speaking of rice, more often than not is undercooked causing it to be very tough. The only thing this location has going for it is simply that, location.
Overall - This location simply doesnt care that much. Head over to the woodlands mall location if you want to have a nicer meal.
