I stopped by Chipotle for a kids quesadilla and was disappointed. The foil stuck to the quesadilla, and the corn was completely frozen—even my friends were surprised. The staff said all the corn was like that, which was frustrating. The food was just okay, and the restaurant felt bland. The only thing I enjoyed was the agua fresca. Overall, a 2 out of 5 for me.

I eat a stupid amount of Chipotle. I'm getting bowls like 2-3 times a week. Been like that for yesrs
Let me say. I've been to a lot of Chipotle's, and this is hands down the best service you can get at Chipotle. The portions are always spot on, I'm always greeted for my pickup order, and the people are very kind. I have the opposite experience at every other Chipotle, so this location is definitely a gem
10/10 thx

I’m not going to lie—I love Chipotle and probably eat it more than I should. But every time I come to this location on Lake Plaza Drive, I leave upset. I’m paying for my food and don’t expect the world, but I do expect basic kindness and consistent pricing.
For example, tonight I ordered a large chips and queso and a kids meal with chicken. I usually only get the quesadilla without the sides, and it’s never been an issue before. This time, they charged me extra for cheese on a kid’s taco, which I was okay with, but Elena, the supervisor or manager on duty, was incredibly rude. When I asked for more cheese, she laughed in a way that felt condescending—like I was being mocked.
It’s also hard not to notice that I’ve seen Caucasian customers get better treatment while people of color, myself included, are often met with attitude or pricing inconsistencies. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced or witnessed this here.
I don’t want this to fall on deaf ears, so I’ll likely be reaching out to corporate as well. This location needs serious attention.

The worst service, the worst management, the worst portion size. They have terrible communication skills. Stay far away

So my suspicion was confirmed several times over. I have been coming here several times to test my theory about food portions.
The servers, which are usually the same ladies, will give larger portions based on some random reasons. The person after me gets 2 scoops of meat and cheese. Spoke to her in Spanish. At the end his portion is almost twice as mine. I think if they like you, they give you more; if they don’t, you get significantly less. If you speak Spanish to them, you get more. This was observed on every occasion. Of course they never smile and always appear mad, unless you speak to them in Spanish.
Like Starbucks, Chipotle will need a new CEO, otherwise, all it takes is a competitor before people leave them.

Give it another try and this time observing the portion of other customers. It seems the staff give larger portions to some people and smaller to others. The difference was very noticeable. Sad sad.
The ever shrinking burrito bowl.
It is real, the portion size is shrinking every year. I’ve heard of an experiment a guy did in New York City about this last year. Chipotle continues to deny, but I think their day is a numbered.
This location, probably the worst in terms of portion size. But I have noticed in general, the portion size has decreased over the years.
Specifically, this location has an OK service, the staff is polite, but not as helpful. The atmosphere is typical small fast food place. The parking is difficult to find during lunchtime and dinner time.
The food quality is good as expected from Chipotle. It won’t be long before the CMG price tanks.
THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE!!! Forgot part of my order and you can’t even call the store. You get a stupid AI bot and when you tell it your order is messed up it says it’s transferring you to a team member but it just rings continuously and then says you need a code to continue. Just try calling them you will see. So, they screw up your online order and then don’t let you contact them afterwards. Go to Freebirds instead!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I will no longer tip in advance!
Restaurantji Recommends
This location has by far the most abysmal portions of all the locations in the area. Why are your workers shaking the spoon when it comes to rice and beans??? They'll pile up the lettuce but nothing can hide how cheap these portions are. If you're going to skimp out on portions the price needs to reflect it; it's a scam to charge $12 for a bowl that isn't even halfway full. If you're wanting Chipotle go to the location off of Louetta, they have better portion sizes.
I recommend going inside if you are ordering to-go at any location to get decent portions.
They don’t even give you a full scoop, chipotle got to do better!
