HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, don’t come here unless you want to be discriminated. Tried using my husbands free guacamole for his bday reward and for some reason it didn’t work. The cashier “Wendy” was very rude and was very persistent in talking back to me. Don’t waste your time coming to this location.

I don’t know what’s up with this location but you cannot place an order online and expect to get a full serving. Anytime I place a pick up order they absolutely skimp on everything… like not even a full scoop of meat that’s the usual amount. Anytime I go in person I have no issues. I ordered a bowl today that they literally covered in corn to cover the maybe 8 pieces of steak.

It’s Chipotle’s. The food is as expected. I wish I could say the same for the restaurant. Almost every table was dirty. When we were leaving I asked if they planed to clean up and was told “someone was going to come in to do it”. The place was pretty empty as it was. Don’t the employees know how to clean?

Great food love it only thing I don’t like are the workers who are slow. Hours also show close when they are in fact open. Also birthday guacamole isn’t even worth it all it is a small scoop of it on a burrito that is supposedly worth 2.70. Chipotle make it make sense.

I ordered a mobile order.. I explicitly said no sour cream and they did globs of it in the middle of my breathable and the top so I could not eat any of it. My fault for doing a mobile order but their fault for not following instructions. If you don’t want your order Messed up go inside. Their chips are stale too. Waste of money.
