Hardly any pizza made, not fresh, sitting there for hours and hard. It was more than 2 hrs before closing and the closed off half the sitting area. Not happy at this location at all.

I don’t know if it was the location, or if it’s Cici’s in general, but I felt the food and experience was pretty mediocre than what I’ve had in the past.
Cleanliness could’ve been better, tables were sticky and crumbs everywhere. Had to wipe off a table myself to get a clean one. The pizza was okay, felt like the breadsticks were the winner of the dinner that evening.
Cinnamon rolls were pretty good, no dessert pizza was out, brownies were dry.

Food is on point for what's offered, service is decent and there is always a table open. The only thing I'd change would be the decor of most cicis reeks of the 1990s lol. But other than that a slam dunk for a bargain meal

Went for dinner tonight and I basically donated $50 to this place !! They had no pizza on the buffet line , people were waited for pizza and the moment one was place down they would take it all . I walked out not eating and ended up at a burger place …

I always come to this location & I have one closer to me on 105. Just left there with my sisters & nephews. Elias is a great manager! The staff is always great!
It's not fancy - but it's not meant to be - it's a pizza buffet after all. Staff was nice, but I did have to flag someone down for service at the register when we arrived. That wasn't so much a customer service issue, as it is poor positioning/visibility of the register area vs where the employees are working. My kid loved the pizza - he's usually picky - gave him a good chance to try new things without worrying about wasting money.

Staff was only making to go orders. No pizzas on the buffet. So many people were crowding the buffet waiting that by the time they finally put 1 pizza down (30 minutes In between) it was gone immediately.

I came in yesterday with 2 other adults and 5 kids ages 12-14. There was very little pizza to choose from, but what was there tasted okay. The salad bar was great! I feel that for the money there should be a better selection of pizza. Some of the kids actually left still hungry. The atmosphere was pleasant though and Eli was very friendly.
