Me and the besties come here for big back girls night and let's just say, Cicis is always the budget option that doesn't disappoint. I like this location because its clean and doesn't show signs of bugs or anything. They have fresh pizzas coming out consistently because this is a busier location. The arcade area is nice, just wish the price thing had more prizes in it. Besides that, ill get obese off their buffet. I dont think this is 5 star food, but just a good place for a broke big back to get their fatty on. Also if you haven't had taco pizza, you're not living.

The cashier was super sweet, very informational about the prices, pizza, drinks, etc. The food was great, the buffet was kept very clean. They weren’t too busy, which was nice. The arcade was clean. The workers were very fast at making sure everything was kept tidy, tables cleaned, plates put away. We’ll def be back to this location specifically.

Best Cicis Pizza experience in a long time. Only complaint was there were not many clean tables. Pizzas constantly coming out fresh and announced. Good amount of pizza options and friendly staff. 10/10 Cicis!

Food was great, restaurant was clean. Employees were nice. From now on I'll come to this location. The Conroe location is trash.
Friendly staff , clean lobby I believe the manager was named Elijah great service. I came on a busy night and they still managed to keep the buffet stocked up. Definitely recommended and will come again

For what it is, this place is pretty good. Staff has always been pleasant. They do a good job staying on top of the pizza - I've never seen the buffet area empty. They do a good job of policing the tables as guests leave. There's a few maintenence related items that probably should be attended to, but the place is in decent shape.

The manager of this location was very disrespectful. Doesn't know how to talk to customers and handle a situation appropriately. If you are a business that is already hurting with business handling a matter the way he did over some drinks was so inappropriate. Will never be back to this location. Food sucked and the place was not clean. Workers were horsing around and just chatting. Maybe the manager should be paying more attention to that!
