i went to this location with my friends because the website and pictures looked really promising, it looked so delicious. then we got there i went to the restroom and there was just a huge nasty puddle leaking from the toilet and pieces of used toilet paper on the floor, there was no clean roll of toilet paper, and instead a wet roll. then we ordered our food the person at the front told me that the two trays he just sat down were for me, i grabbed them which i thought was my order, the small loaded fries were cold. the cheese sauce was cold like if its been sitting there for a long time, i didnt complain about that but i proceeded to eat. when i was about to take a bite of my chicken sandwich i saw a curly long hair embedded into the chicken. that immediately made me feel sick, so i went to the counter and showed the hair but the person claimed he didn’t see the hair at all which i was pointing and touching to show. he gave me attitude and took the plate away and told me he would make a new one. which at that point i just wanted to get a refund on it and go wat somewhere else. he said i could not get a refund because the food was being made already. then he proceeded to pack an order under the name will, which was the name i put my order under because thats my boyfriends name. he packed it up and told it was mine which meant i was eating someone elses order while at the counter. a lady with tattoos from the kitchen come up to me and asks whats the complaint about. the guy points at me and she aggressively asks me what was wrong with my food, and she was saying that i had complained that the food was cold, which i never told him about that i only was talking about the hair, she then said “oh so now its a hair?” and then aggressively asks me to bring her my plate of food, and asks if i have proof or a picture. i did not because i simply handed him the food with the hair already and he had took it back. and i told her that and she gave me attitude and stormed off to the back. i was really uncomfortable and upset because i work at a customer service job and i would immediately get in trouble or lose my job for saying and treating a guest that way. its the fact she was being aggressive and angry at me for just returning the food with the hair. it was like she thought i was lying. i didnt appreciate her anger towards me when i was being respectful and calm. and then ontop of all of that the food was not even good it was still cold.

We got 20 sweet and spicy wings and 20 garlic and parm wings. They were soooo GREAT!! We loved them!! Well worth the price! The wings are meaty and well made! We also got the cheese and pickle fries and the seasoned fries which were also super good! Big portions! We loved the food and will deff be back again!!

The wings here are absolutely amazing , the lady working here today really knows how to make them ! Very good customer service as well. My phone had died and she was kind enough to charge it for me.
Got there hottest choice for the shrimp taco and waffles and chicken big mistake but so good the flavor was amazing but so damn spicy I had to run and get ice cream
This place used to be good but the quality and care has diminished greatly. The food is priced evenly with other wing places but they lack the quality. Here are a few issues I had: my carrots and celery came in the same box as my hot chicken so by the time I got home my veggies were half cooked and gross and they consisted of 5 carrot sticks and 1 celery. The parking lot is full of trash so it gives a gross feeling. The customer service is poor, the girls working really seem like they don’t want to be there (almost like “ugh why are you here talking to me”). The seasoning for the wings is VERY salty.
The chicken wrap was decent but I’ll stick with Wingstop for my lemon pepper wing fix.
