Asked for two coco addictions which is an iced beverage. Store is empty. Drink took over20 minutes to make. When we finally received our drink, he said “here are you iced lattes” (??) but they were hot and ice melted. Forgot our straw. “What can I say?” is all the barista could say. How about I’m sorry, or I’ll remake it, or on the house?Can’t speak on the food, but will never come here for a “quick drink” again.

They have a LOT of menu options. Miss karen accidentally overcharged me, but she immediately made it right and reassured me with the proper steps to take if I have any other concerns. I think that shows the integrity they have and the high level of customer service they exhibit. I recommend the apple smoothie.

Very disappointed with Dulce Leche banana crepes Woodlands location. Basically, crepes with lot of banana and caramel syrup. It was not was expecting to eat when I red dulce de leche crepes on their website. Not recommended to order at all!

I love coco crepes but I just got an email with their holiday hours and they are open 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. I think that is so shameful, that you can’t give your employees Christmas Day off. One day out of the year, the utter disrespect for the family. I won’t be going to this location anymore.

I went in early during the week. The staff was very friendly & great attitude. I enjoyed the crepe with banana, almonds & dulce de leche. Plus a whipped cream hot chocolate. It was perfect for the chilly morning. Will definitely return!

Best sandwich I’ve ever had, and I’ve had more than five sandwiches in my lifetime. Joking aside, the panini here is delicious. The service is polite. I got a roasted chicken pesto panini on a croissant. It was PHENOMENAL! So delicious. The first bite…I wish it could have stayed in my mouth longer. I also ordered a lemon bar was also excellent. They warmed it up for me and it was delicious. Can’t speak highly enough of the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Five stars for each category listed.
