Haven't been to cold stone in years. Tried going Saturday morning said they were open and the door was locked. What makes it worse is that they saw me at the door and still didn't open. Sad to say cold stone customer service is dead and I guess if I do try again I'll call to make sure they are really open

The last three times I’ve ordered ice cream here through Uber Eats I have either gotten the incorrect item or my ice cream is not made correctly and with very little ingredients if there’s anything in it at all. The rayford location does a very good job however this location must have new employees that have no idea how to make an ice cream following instructions. I will not order from this location again.

Laura is amazing!!! Every time I come in she is always upbeat and in great spirits! She keeps the staff engaged and always in a great mood! She makes me want to buy ice cream every day!!!!
I just want to take a moment to give a shout-out to the store Manager Lauren! She has a great attitude and was a pleasure to speak to and deal with. We had ordered several Ours size dishes to take home with us. When we got home my son tasted his and realized the wrong ice cream had been used and instead of vanilla it had been made with banana. I called the store and spoke with Lauren and explained the situation. She was a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like! It was refreshing and welcomed. She apologized for the mix up and gave us a refund. Thank you Lauren! You are a great example to your employees and we need more like you. We will definitely be coming back to your store and purchasing more delicious treats!
