Absolutely the best bbq and potato salad I’ve ever had! The housemade corn tortillas were also 10/10.

I love this joint. Everything is worth waiting for. My favorites: pulled pork sandwich and ribs (their iced coffee is dang good, too). Best time to go? 1:15pm on a Wednesday after the corporate lunch rush, you’ll be waiting a good 35-45 mins more or less now that they’ve got their Michelin star. Pulled pork and ribs sell out by 2pm on the weekends. Must visit for yourself!

The worst management ever! NEVER RECOMMEND! it's good only if you want to waste your time. They spend more than 5 minutes for each order to keep the customers in a long queue and consider the long queue as success, but they don't look at the empty tables! It was really a horrible experience. Never recommend it.

My first Michelin restaurant experience and I see why they won. Besides the quality of the brisket being some of best meat I have ever had in my life, the service was so attentive that it was not even noticeable that I have been waiting there for 3 hours before I ate. If you go, go early and be prepared to wait. It is worth it. The sides did leave me wanting me more but I am spoiled with killer bbq options all around us that have crazy sides. The potato side salad was my favorite. I’m not a fan of peppery Mac and cheese but this was one of my favorites. The garlic link and the brisket stole the show. Pork ribs were tender and smoky and for $4 each you can’t go wrong with trying at least one. For dessert they had an apple crumble which was good but I’ll probably have to eat the rest of it later tonight seeing that I was full off everything else I had. It’s fantastic to have this type of high quality bbq spot so close to home. Crossing my fingers prices don’t go up to too drastically thanks to Michelin.

BBQ brisket was good, Turkey was delicious and the beefy cheesy was really good . Be patient, as we spent 2 hours in line. They recently were awarded a Michelin Star, so lots of ppl want to try it. Service was excellent. While we waited the young men walked around and took orders for drinks and would check on us regularly to make sure we were good and didn't need anything. Overall, great service and good food.

We arrived here 20 minutes before opening, and the line is already long. They provide self-serve drinking water, coffee, and tea while we wait. We patiently stood in line for 3 hours to place our order, and sadly, the beef and pork ribs were gone. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, and a whole chicken. The pulled pork is nothing special compared to other barbecue places. The spices on the chicken give it its own unique flavor. The brisket is an absolute must-try! It’s flavorful itself even without sauce. It’s the most moist and tender brisket we’ve ever had, so make sure to order the fatty cut. Also, the smoked baked beans stand out among others; they are the best! Overall, the service was synchronized, and the food was great. Hopefully, we will be lucky next time and get to try their beef ribs.

The brisket was phenomenal. We really liked the links as well. Highly recommend the coleslaw and beans as sides.

CorkScrew has been my go-to spot for years! You have to get there early because parking is limited and the line can be long. However, those are minor inconveniences to eat at one of the best BBQ spots in the Houston area.

I’ve lived here 12 years and never been to this place so after they got their Michelin Star, I placed an online order. Took a bit to find parking but I managed. Pick up was smooth, even though there was a long line.

My husband said the potato salad was interesting. I don’t know what that meant.
The macaroni was tasteless and no cheese was detected
The beans were too spicy and I love baked beans. Beans shouldn’t be spicy. Couldn’t eat them. Only cayenne detected

The cobbler was OK, but I wouldn’t order it again.
Like the beans the barbecue sauce is way too spicy. I don’t think barbecue sauce should be that hot/spicy. The meat didn’t need sauce, but I thought I would just get it to try, but it was a no go. Couldn’t eat it.

It’s about a half hour from my house so I wouldn’t drive back just for brisket

We came here the Friday after they were presented with a Michelin star and let me tell you, everyone did the same. We got here at 11:20 and didn’t get the food till 1:15. Was it worth the wait, yes, because it was fantastic food and our first Michelin star restaurant. The brisket was my favorite! The garlic sausage was fire as well. While you wait the staff will bring drinks and they are so nice! Definitely worth a visit! I probably wouldn’t wait 2 hours again but that’s not their fault, it was great!

Food is top tier, best brisket you will ever have. The atmosphere is amazing and its location is great, neighboring businesses can make for a fun evening for the whole family. The service seriously sets the bar for excellence, the staff are as hospitable as one could ask for. A+, 5 stars, and my nod of approval!
