Their hamburgers are so fresh and delicious! I’ve been a few times now and tried a couple different ones—definitely recommend giving them a shot. The Baja Burger is phenomenal!! They also have sweet potato fries and onion rings if you want something different on the side. You can’t beat their happy hour burgers for just $5. The vibe is very friendly and laid-back, making it a great spot for a casual dinner with drinks. Plus, they play the Astros games, so it’s the perfect place to eat, relax, and catch the game!

Was excited to catch this place open and meet my friend there. The last time I tried to meet her there, Google said they were open and they weren't. She got there first and had a drink, but the time i got there at 830ish, I was told i had a few minutes before last call. I rushed my order and downed it but then realized people were still chilling there. I don't like feeling like I'm keeping people there, so we left and went down the street.

I just need to find the right time cause I do like this place. Cute, convenient, and the food was good when I tried it a while back.

Visiting family in Spring, TX in November 2024, we had lunch as a family of 8. I have kept the receipt in my wallet to remind myself to review. The owner was our server and host. He made double sure ALL our needs were met and topped the experience off with surprise beignets - SO yummy! Service and food was great! Next time in Spring, we will be in!

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while now and finally had a chance to go by there. Unfortunately, they weren't even open during business hours. I tried calling several times hours before driving up there. No one answered so I assumed they were just busy. I made sure to check their hours on Google and their website to make sure they didn't change their hours. I even checked their Instagram just to be safe. I'm a burger fanatic and I was really excited to try their burgers, it's frustrating that I had to waste my time and gas in order to find out that they were closed. I'm not sure if they were just randomly closed today or if they've shut down for good but just trying to help others from wasting their time/fuel as well.

I did not try the food. Only came for drinks. Establishment was clean and smelled fresh. Food I saw other people dining on was good portions and looked good. Drinks were strong and reasonably priced. Food reasonably priced. Will be back for sure. Very chill atmosphere.

Food was good. Happy hour was very affordable. Only complaint is my martini was half full. 3 sips it was gone. Said they measured. Smallest martini I've even gotten. Tasted good

Great place to grab a delicious bite to eat and a great cocktail, especially during happy hour! $5! The vibe, the music, the drinks, the food. All a great time.

Really wanted to try this place out and despite the Google page saying open till 10:00 apparently they're only open till 9:00 on Monday. Will upgrade my review if I ever give it another shot

Love the atmosphere and staff so much we booked our gym anniversary party there. I gave my John our budget and he took care of the rest! The foods was delicious as always and everyone had a great time! Highly recommend Cosmic Cowboy for a great local place to chill with friends or fun stop on date night!

Update: boyfriend and I had dinner here Sat; once again, very impressed with everything! This place is a gem! Food & drinks are exceptional, very nice ambiance and very affordable as well. The owner is very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!
