As a single mom, this is one of the few yummy places we can eat and not break the budget! The food is always delicious and the employees at this location are very well trained. They have a great rewards system and specials, like, kids-eat-free-days. Pictures below is the kids spaghetti on kids eat free day! Yum!

Crust has great pizza and garlic knots. The food was delicious but a bit on the pricey side due to the better quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend Crust to others as a change up to your Friday or weekend pizza plans.

I’m really disappointed in the size of the salad. It went from a Togo box size to a tiny side salad size for over 14 bucks. No thanks, we are done with crust.

The manager handled the refund professionally, and I appreciate that. However, as a college student on a very tight budget, this situation was stressful for me. It felt as though there was hesitation to refund half of my order, despite the fact that I had ordered a replacement item and had only taken one bite of the original. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location for some time.

I just want to take a moment to shout out Claudia. I witnessed her being treated so unkindly by a customer, yet she stayed so calm, sweet, and respectful the entire time. No one deserves to be spoken to that way, and the grace she showed truly touched my heart. Watching how professionally and kindly she handled such a difficult situation really meant a lot to see. This is the kind of customer service that keeps me coming back — Claudia is truly amazing, and you’re so lucky to have her.
