Crust Pizza Co. - Gleannloch Farms

We normally get good pizza from this location. We just received a delivery order and the Madelyn's Alfredo pizza we received had very little chicken and it was thinner than lunch meat and burnt around the edges. It looks like they ran out of chicken and used buddig lunchmeat instead.
When I called to complain they offered to replace the pizza but only if I picked it up. Kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Will not be ordering from here again

Went with a group for lunch and ordered the pizza lunch special. Everything came quickly and I realized my pizza had was incorrect. It had jalapeños instead of Canadian bacon. Since I like jalapeños, I said it was fine and starting my pizza. They were willing to make me another pizza but I was totally fine with the one they gave me. Right before we left they brought me the correct pizza to take with me. The staff was so nice and I would have never expected the extra pizza. Great job Crust!!

An amazing place to celebrate a birthday or any special occasion. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the service is outstanding. The manager goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome—very friendly, attentive, and professional.
Without a doubt, the best pizza place in Houston. They also offer a fantastic variety of delicious Italian-style food.

Finally dining at Crusted Pizza, I couldn’t have chosen better than the Big Don’s Meat & Cheese, topped off with added pineapple! The pizza arrived beautifully presented, hot, and loaded with generous toppings. Every bite was packed with bold, savory flavor, perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the pineapple. Absolutely outstanding from first look to last slice!

The food here is actually really good, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the manager completely ruined it. They were rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care about customer concerns. Instead of trying to help, they acted annoyed and unprofessional, which made the whole situation uncomfortable. It’s a shame because the kitchen is doing a great job, but management seriously needs improvement. I’d only come back for takeout—definitely not for the service.

Nice atmosphere. It would help if you put a sign to tell people to go to the counter to order and to seat themselves.
Pepperoni rolls were amazing. Pizza was ok.
