I called to place an order for pick during lunch time. When I picked up the other I was charged for dinner size. I asked her why and the lady said that I didn’t specify that I want lunch special. I said why she didn’t asked since I didn’t know that customer have to specify. she said that regular people already know they have to specify if they want lunch or dinner. I asked to have my order as a lunch special portion, and she said the people in the kitchen wouldn’t make it because it was 3:20 and lunch time was over at 3 pm. She also said she wouldn’t be able to order lunch anymore because the lunch button disappeared already form the Systems because of the time. Then I said that it was a confusion and I still want my lunch special which I think was fair since I ordered within the lunch time. She said she could only give me $5 discount and next time I order food there I must specify if I want lunch or dinner because they have so many orders and they can not ask. I wonder why if I called during lunch hours when she placed my order she didn’t assumed I want lunch and she assumed I wanted dinner. I took the discount and take the food that was for my mom. terrible customer service service.

One of my favorite pizza places. They are always so kind and prompt. I never have any issues at the Gosling location in spring . It’s very family oriented here . Management always take good care of me .

I built my own personal pizza and it was delicious! The atmosphere was amazing, clean, and so relaxing. The staff was friendly, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Gavy took care of me like I was her own special client — her energy and service were top tier.

Definitely way better than MOD.

Recently moved to Spring from New York and this has to be the best pizza I’ve had since moving here! The staff were friendly and service was quick and efficient! We ate at Crust and the place is beautiful! This will be my go-to pizza spot from now on!

I love Crust pizza! Never miss an opportunity to enjoy some of the best pizza in Houston l! This location recently opened near me and they are amazing! Everyone is so professional and sweet! And the pizza is always amazing! Their salads are always fresh as well! Get the Cesar salad ! Lol

It was amazing

Helena was the star of the show at this restaurant for the evening, she delivered great customer service accompanied with a spectacular attitude. She took care of me and my wife, assiduous with resources, sagacious when asked questions about the menu. Couldn’t ask for anyone better when it comes to customer service and making me feel welcome here at crust pizza.
