I ordered chickpea croquettes. Many times I have gone here to order chickpeas and have been told they did not have chickpeas. So today I was happy to hear they had them. However whatvi received did not taste like any chickpeas I have ever had and I eat chickpeas all the time. I had gotten these for my lunch, since I was at work, I had nothing else

I wanted to share my disappointment with the chicken biryani I ordered on Sunday. I called at 7:22 PM and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes, but I still had to wait when I arrived.
Unfortunately, the biryani was not up to standard. The chicken was undercooked, the rice lacked flavor, and it seemed rushed. I’ve enjoyed your food in the past, but this experience was disappointing.
This experience has led me to decide not to order from your restaurant again. I hope this feedback helps you improve for your other customers.

The chickpeas croquettes i received did not taste like any chickpeas i have ever eaten. It tasted horrible and like they were fried in old oil. They actually upset my stomach and I got diarrhea.
Today, I visited Curry Masala and was initially impressed by the warm and welcoming customer service provided by two sisters at the front. Their professionalism and attentiveness initially gave me confidence that the experience would be seamless.
However, that confidence quickly turned into outrage when I brought the food home. Despite clearly informing the staff that children would be eating this meal, I was horrified to find mold on the burger bun as my child was eating. Upon closer inspection, it was undeniably mold, leaving us disgusted and gravely concerned for our family’s health.
This was beyond unacceptable. We immediately stopped eating the rest of the food and threw everything out. The meal was expensive, but no cost would justify serving unsafe food, especially something as hazardous as mold. This level of negligence is appalling and raises serious questions about the establishment’s food safety practices and hygiene standards.
Health and food safety authorities will be notified to conduct a thorough inspection, as this incident is not only unacceptable but poses a serious risk to public health. I also intend to share this horrifying experience across social media platforms to ensure other potential patrons are aware of this gross negligence before deciding to dine at Curry Masala.
I strongly urge management to take immediate and severe action to rectify this situation. Food safety is not just an expectation—it is a legal and moral obligation. This incident deserves nothing less than full accountability and urgent corrective measures.
Thank you,
Umer

Wait time was a little long for food, but overall food was good and fresh.
Today, I dined in this restaurant for the first time. I had to wait at the reception for sometime as the receptionist was busy talking to customers who were sitting at a table. I gave the order for dal tanka, and beef boti, as chicken and goat mutton weren't available. It took quits a while for daal tarka to be served. After some time beef boti came, which was Half cooked. I requested the receptionist to take it back. She said that she will tell the cook to cook it properly. After waiting for another 25 minutes, I had to leave as I was getting late for work. The lady brought the beef boti as take away on my request. When I ate the beef boti at home, it was again half cooked. The disadvantages of a half cooked beef are as follows
Eating half-cooked beef can pose health risks due to the presence of bacteria, particularly E. coli and Salmonella. These bacteria can cause food poisoning, leading to symptoms such as:
Nausea and vomiting
Diarrhea or bloody stools
Abdominal cramps and pain
Fever and chills
Headache and fatigue
In severe cases, food poisoning from undercooked beef can lead to:
Dehydration and electrolyte imbalance
Kidney failure or hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS)
Reactive arthritis or other complications
To avoid these risks, it's essential to cook beef to the recommended internal temperature.
Please be more responsible.

My only thing is that the water tastes bad, like AC Freon. I couldn't drink it.
