“What could have been a horrible experience was saved by Najee. When I got to Baskin Robbins already flustered on my lunch break and they couldn’t find the cake I ordered I was upset. Poor Najee probably came out and saw me one step away from being a Karen. Lol He immediately told me the cake had been located. And that they would bring it to me since I had to get back to work and it was not at the store just yet. And sure enough I cant quite remember her name but I believe it was Angelica. Angelica showed up with my cake and unnecessary apologies. The 11 year old had balloons and an ice cream cake when he got home off the bus! Customer service can be lacking especially in this climate.
