Dear Dairy Queen Team,
I am writing to express my concern about how my transaction was handled today. I visited your 20510 Farm to Market Rd location in Cypress, Texas, around 12:18 p.m. CST and placed an order totaling $58.02. When the order was first rung up, the total displayed was $89. When I questioned the difference, I was called a liar — something I personally heard said about what I had actually ordered because the speaker was still on.
Even if there had been a discrepancy in the order, referring to a customer as a liar is uncalled for and completely unnecessary. This response was unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected as a paying customer.
My intention in sharing this is not to get anyone in trouble, but rather to highlight an opportunity for coaching around courtesy and proper customer interaction. My wife and I were both disappointed by how this situation was handled, and it unfortunately impacted our experience with your brand.
To make matters worse, our kids’ meal chicken strip was missing from the order. This further reflects the lack of care in handling the situation. Considering that someone had already spoken to me to apologize for the employee’s behavior, I would have expected the order to be double-checked before it was handed over. In hindsight, I regret not canceling the order altogether.
I would like a refund for the missing chicken strip. Please advise how I can receive that refund without having to return to the location.

Great service and food was on point but giving them a one star because they do not accept the TX DQ App for small coupons. We love this location but will not be back because we feel duped that their address is available on the app to select as a participating option but after ordering and going to pay the owners leaving it up to the poor little you cashiers to have to tell us that they do not accept my $2 coupon. It's not about the cost but more of lack of integrity. Take your store location off the app if you will not participate.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are loyal customer and using their BLUE app. Guess want they will honor the points! However, they do encourage you buy there, but that's it. They even have a sign on the counter and drive through window encouraging customers to use the correct app, yet no mention they will not honor the loyalty program. So it's false advertising!
If you're up for the drive and support the other DQ - visit the Kuykendahl location, MAYBE the will honor the program and earn your loyalty.

Best Dairy Queen around! HANDS DOWN! Drive to this location it’s worth It, the employees are always nice and super efficient like I never have issues here like so many other fast food places, the food always fresh like always. The fries are always the perfect color when I go to other Dairy Queen’s the fries are like brownish and old, never here though. They all need a raise at this location.
Was so busy here compared to the other three places around here and while the sandwich’s were hot and taste good the tater tots were so good it changed my life .. better then any fry’s I ever got in this corner of fast food places
