Can’t speak on the food here as I couldn’t even order! They were closed at 10pm even though it says they’re open till 11. Saw another review with the same issue. It’s still occurring 9/12/25!

The chicken tenders don’t resemble the commercial nor the sign, posted a pic of what I’d call a nugget as opposed to a strip. Additionally order was wrong, strips weren’t in the bag. Mild argument amongst the workers may have played a role. She comment there’s only 3 working, (there were 4). Over all not the best experience.

Went to go redeem one of the coupons in the QQ app, the Monday special that showed for this location. We were told this is an American Dairy Queen. We don’t take those here. What is an American Dairy Queen? If the coupon has your store location why can’t we use it at your store?

Pulled up a few minutes before 10 p.m only to find all parking lot lights turned off as well as the drive thru menu lights after driving 13 miles because this specific locations web site said they were open until 11 p.m. There were still employees inside but they turned backs to us and pretended not to see us.

I had a coupon that says expired today. The worker asked to see my phone. I joked and said don't drop my phone. He made some clicks and then "all of a sudden" it showed my coupon expired. Extremely dishonest behavior. This was my favorite location, I will not be returning. Headed to a different DQ now.
