I had a coupon that says expired today. The worker asked to see my phone. I joked and said don't drop my phone. He made some clicks and then "all of a sudden" it showed my coupon expired. Extremely dishonest behavior. This was my favorite location, I will not be returning. Headed to a different DQ now.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Every time I come here, they get my order wrong. I specifically ask for extra toppings whenever I order a blizzard, but they never add it. AND on top of that, they still charge me for the extra toppings, even though I didn’t get the extra toppings.

Ordered a taco salad, 3 tacos, and the ultimate nachos with a root beer. EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING was subpar! The taco with the taco salad was stale and gross as was the regular taco shells. The nacho chips were stale and tasted like cardboard. They didn't even provide the taco sauce or a fork and no sour cream. That was a waste of my $27. This location has been horrible lately. We will NEVER return. All of the food tasted old and probably was sitting out all day.

Idk if it was a new crew or not but we waited over 30 minutes for ice cream. ONLY ICE CREAM our orders were taken and then we saw our ice cream on the counter MELTING. It was not cool

They can never seem to get my blizzard right. It’s just a blizzard with brownies and extra pecans. By the time I receive it, it is a chocolate blizzard with bits of pecans.
The other Diary Queen gets it right every time, but I live closer to this one. If someone wants a blizzard, (that’s special order) and desires to taste BROWNIES & PECANS and not chocolate ice cream cased with bits of nuts. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, just STIR in the brownies and pecans by hand. Then it would still be a vanilla ice cream base, blizzard with brownies and pecans added. SIMPLE.
Though explained, still wrong, EVERY TIME!

The belt-buster was delicious, haven't had one in years. The ice machine was out of ice so we went back up to the counter to get some. The young lady saw us and never asked what we needed. Finally after 5 minutes a young guy came out of the kitchen and got us some ice. She seemed like she had an attitude. Good food, bad service.
