They need to update their hours on here because they are claiming they close at 10 pm when it states 11 pm on Google for Saturdays. They didn't even bother to let us know they were closed at the microphone they waited until we pulled up to the drive through to see what was going on. Lights on, 3 employees inside, and nobody said anything while we waited to be answered at the mic.

I just left from there and they had a new flavor peach cobbler and it was nasty I asked if they can exchange it the little Mexican manager told me I could because I already paid for it. Of course I’m the customer and YES I PAID So why can’t y’all give me something I actually Like it’s called Great Customer Service!!! They have nothing but young kids working at the register!! What this manager fail to realize is it’s not about saving a few dollars but about having returning customers!

I sent my husband to get me lunch while I was at work. I work only 3 miles from the location. My food was cold. I ordered the number 1 no onions. Being cold wasn’t even my concern. I took one bite and had a foul odor, it was definitely bad meat! He ordered a shake, he said it was melted before he ever left the drive through. I will not ever return to this location!

Terrible drive thru experience. Ordered a chili dog and they handed it to me upright in a bag. So all of the chili and cheese moved to the end of the box and leaked out. On top of that there were no utensils and no napkins in the bag and they almost forgot my drink but I had to remind them.

they call banana split all soft serve ice cream with chunks of pineapple and strawberry and chocolate syrup. If your looking for a traditional banana split ask for royal banana split. More money of choose!

Went to this location twice for a chocolate malt and blizzard. Both times I received them, they were very melted/liquidy like they had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes. They never flipped the blizzard, but if they did it would have poured out like water from a faucet. Not sure if it is a training issue or equipment issue, but will never go to this location again. Way too much money to drink “frozen” treats.

When we got there they took our order immediately. Then we sat there for 30 minutes. We finally had to go ask about our order and no one knew what happened. They finally give us the 2 food items and we sit and eat and wait for the ice cream. They never brought it. I had to again go ask if they were making our ice cream and again no one knew anything. So we had to wait again. I'm very disappointed in the service. Not even an apology for the lack of service. Even though the manager had to get us our forgotten order TWICE!
Well I did not go inside so I can’t rate the atmosphere. I ordered a single taco, cherry limeade, and a MINI blizzard. The taco was fire. Hot and well proportionally made. The cherry limeade…flat as the road. Just disgusting. And the mini blizzard came out as a small. Now who would be mad at MORE ice cream if you or charged for less. But that’s not the case. I was charged for it, yet I did not ask for it. lol. I did not put up a fuss about my $8 spent and half wasted but safe to say I will not be returning to this location ever. Double check your orders and receipts.

Chicken and dumplings were very good; however, the hot contents melted the lid of the to-go container, (one container was stacked on top of another). Luckily, no children were eager to get to the meal as someone could have spilled the hot chicken and dumplings on themselves.Be careful when taking chicken and dumplings to go.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-through due to Valerie's service. She consistently gave out wrong orders and spent too much time chatting with guests ahead, causing significant delays in the drive through line. Improvements in accuracy and efficiency are needed.Also there’s no candy in the blizzards when you order it. Might as well save money and buy at H-E-B.
