Denny’s: America’s Diner, Through and Through

If America had an official diner, it would be Denny’s—and this location proves why. The staff is always warm and welcoming, the food comes out quick, and every bite hits with comforting, consistent flavor. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or a well-earned post-game brunch, they never miss.

I’ve been coming to this Denny’s since I was a kid—early morning vacation kickoffs, late-night football victories, and everything in between. In many ways, Denny’s raised me, one Lumberjack Slam at a time. It’s more than a meal—it’s a reliable piece of my story, and I’ll keep coming back for the memories and the maple syrup.

Who is the manager of this place???? We came in last night after a concert and were seated right away. It was after 11 pm. The restaurant was pretty empty so expected short wait times. A waitress came within 5 minutes and asked us what we wanted to drink. Then came back another 5 minutes later and took our order. We're not sure if maybe her shift ended and nobody else took her table over but this was the LAST time we ever saw the waitress or any other waitress come by again for the rest of the night! We sat there waiting between 30-45 minutes and nothing. No food, no more drinks, no waitress. As I mentioned, the restaurant was pretty empty and there was only two tables in the whole large seating area we were in with people sitting in them. Meanwhile we saw people walking around behind the food counters, 1-2 hostesses from time to time hanging out near the front, and a bus boy that cleared the table behind us. Finally we got tired of waiting and just left. Just terrible service and seems poorly run. There's no excuse for not checking on your guests.

Started off with a nice server, took our drink order and food order at the same time. Then she had to leave due to family emergency according to the other employees, I had to get up to get a plate, get up to get drink refills and get up for napkins. My hashbrowns were not fully cooked and my crispy bacon was brick hard. When checking out we told an employee and he said sorry and literally speed walked away, didn't even seem to care. We will have to try a different location next time. This one is no longer good for us.
