one-hour waiting list for a pizza đŸ«

I ordered a single pizza and it took them an hour and 15 minutes to make it instead of the estimated 20 minutes when I ordered it. Also I put extra sauce and when I received the pizza it didn't even come with any sauce. Who even orders a pizza with no sauce??

I usually order from this place and don’t often have any issues. Recently the past two orders I’ve made have taken 2 hours to be delivered. The first time- they said the driver left with my order, an hour went by and it was never delivered so they had to remake it and send it out.
This time- they had my order “quality checked” by 7:42 and I didn’t receive it until 9pm. It was very obvious they just let that sit there for an hour before driving it literally 5 mins down the road to where I live ALSO ON GOSLING. It was delivered by the manager who made that clear to me as I answered the door -without asking. She said their driver called out and she is having to deliver the orders. I completely feel for them not having enough staffing. However, I feel if my order sat for an hour and they finally got through the rush they claimed to have, they should’ve remade my 1 small pizza that was to feed me and my toddlers. It arrived cold and look as unappealing as ever. I wanted to submit an issue directly online but it told me I had already submitted a claim when I hadn’tđŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž

I ordered online but still had to wait 45 minutes in my car. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait that long? On top of that, my order was messed up — I received a plain pizza instead of the one with toppings. Very disappointing service.

I placed a spinach and feta order in person with one manager, and she said she’d put extra feta at no charge, she left before the pizza was even made, and the other manager refused to Homer that agreement. After receiving the pizza i informed someone that there is hardly any feta at all, and asked just to put a little more on there. I was told that i cant see the feta because it’s under the cheese which you could clearly see the little bit of feta they put.

Also there were 2 workers with long hair with no hair nets, and no gloves working on the make/prep table

you could tell the employee who brought out our order had a bad attitude and she had our pizza box slightly open. i also paid for THREE ranches and only got one. the pizza itself was soggy and greasy. this specific location is a hit or miss and really just depends on who’s making the pizza.

Ordered my fist pizza from dominos in over 6 years! It was a simple 12” with cheese pepperoni sausage and black olives. I opened the box and was so disappointed! The cheese and and whole pizza was COLD! There very few toppings! What a waste of $10.00!!!! I will never NEVER ORDER Again from Dominos!

The district manager is extremely rude and unprofessional! I have order ranch dressing on two occasions and it was never delivered with my food. The food I order today was extremely greasy. Don’t eat here!!

Worst place ever !!!! They put meat on a pizza that said no meat. My fiancĂ© and I do not eat meat. After getting all the way home and see our food was wrong, we called the office and of course no one picked up. We had to go all back to the store and knock on the door because they had locked the doors at this point. After explaining the order was wrong and bringing my receipt with me, the manger Erik/ Eric was super rude. He first didn’t even want to help us, he argued with me about the ranch that wasn’t on my receipt that I thought I requested, versus acknowledging the WHOLE order was wrong. After a few minutes of unnecessary conversation, he finally asked someone to remake our pizza. Once the pizza was finally made, my fiancĂ© asked if we could get a small ranch for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back for a wrong order. He was very sassy & told us he had already remade our pizza, as if that wasn’t something he was correcting in the first place ! He wanted to go back and forth about him not being able to compensate us with a 75 cent ranch sauce. This “ manger “ didn’t even apologize for the mess up !
DO not come here !! Eric , I hope you do some more training in customer service because you lack basic empathy and good service all around!
