Domino's Pizza

This place is on a steady decline. Orders taking 15 - 20 minutes longer than what was quoted and orders being wrong are the new norm. Every time it’s some new disappointment.

Moved to The Woodlands a year ago and this is our go to place every week. Everyone is always so kind and polite. The pizza is always excellent and we appreciate the fast service. Recently one of my pizzas was not made with my order and they quickly remedied it by making a new one and offering me a drink while I wait. Big shout out to the amazing staff!

Ordered the buy two for 6.99 each. Ate the whole pizza in 6 minutes, so you can say it was a great pizza. A pizza made with some love, sprinkled with some personality. Whoever made I thank you, the delivery driver did an excellent job as well.

I ordered a pizza, and when I called to ask why it was 45 minutes late. A employee named Jessica raised her voice at me, and gave me about 10 excuses. When I asked if I could speak to a manager, Jessica chose to hang up on me. Very disappointed, we order from this store every Friday night. All I wanted was a refund or an actual answer. It never pays to be mean to a customer.

Hungry order was a success kids loved it great service

We walked in and stood there for 20 mins at the cashier and nobody took our order at all, there was one guy that was making pizzas but he seemed to be the only person there. We ended up just leaving and taking our money elsewhere.

This Domino’s is awful. They make mistakes frequently and are unable to correct mistakes without calling or visiting the site. Domino’s online ordering is working poorly. The website doesn’t allow corrections, nor does it allow to give 1 star reviews. The employees at this site are incapable to follow simple orders. Plus Domino’s is now up charging and charging a delivery, in addition to demanding a tip. This specific Domino’s and its employees are awful. Will not be ordering pizza from this site again.

It’s a good Dominos; I can’t complain. The service at the counter is better here than most chain pizza places, which is saying a lot if you’ve ever had to deal with ordering from any chain pizza place.

I’ve gave this place three chances- and every time something has gone wrong. The customer service is awful and the employees are extremely rude when they get called out on their mistakes. The first time I ordered delivery and got a pizza with 4-5 toppings and got two pepperoni pizzas in place. The second time the same thing, they just don’t want to build the order correctly. Today I went in and checked my order and explained to them why I had to do it and they just laughed and said oh well.
