Domino's Pizza

This Domino’s is awful. They make mistakes frequently and are unable to correct mistakes without calling or visiting the site. Domino’s online ordering is working poorly. The website doesn’t allow corrections, nor does it allow to give 1 star reviews. The employees at this site are incapable to follow simple orders. Plus Domino’s is now up charging and charging a delivery, in addition to demanding a tip. This specific Domino’s and its employees are awful. Will not be ordering pizza from this site again.

$22 for a large pizza isn't bad, but wasn't very cheap. Was open to midnight, very friendly pizza makers

It’s a good Dominos; I can’t complain. The service at the counter is better here than most chain pizza places, which is saying a lot if you’ve ever had to deal with ordering from any chain pizza place.

I’ve gave this place three chances- and every time something has gone wrong. The customer service is awful and the employees are extremely rude when they get called out on their mistakes. The first time I ordered delivery and got a pizza with 4-5 toppings and got two pepperoni pizzas in place. The second time the same thing, they just don’t want to build the order correctly. Today I went in and checked my order and explained to them why I had to do it and they just laughed and said oh well.

WE GOT BOTH OF OUR ORDERS WRONG

Lovedddddddd the chicken Alfredo bread bowls!! Bread was so fluffy and the pasta was cooked just right!! Can’t wait to come back 🩷🩷

Delivery drivers ignore instructions, drop items and overall make us chose Crust instead. We have can video of them dropping orders and kicking sauces across the driveway while another refuses to leave the order on the outdoor table and demanded we open the front door. Creepy.

The pizza was good but then again. I believe the price of pizza is too high for what it is so I take advantage of the discounts. Domino's usually has good deals.

There is no dine in but they make fresh base and you can clearly see them making it all. It was really tasty and served really fast.

Vegetarian options: There are 2 veggie options and they taste really good.

Domino's Pizza in the Rice village Kirby Street part of Houston Texas USA. Easy to see from the road but hard to pull in and park. Limited parking and if you park in the front remember you have to back out on a busy street so it's better to park on the side. The pizza was hot and delicious and by ordering through the app you get a great discount. I had a large carry out pizza for 8 bucks one topping. It was delicious. It was my first time at this location and I will come back again I highly recommend this to anyone. One note of caution there is a steep step up to get in the front door. When you have a pizza in your hand and you're coming out it's about a 1 ft or 15-in step to the sidewalk. It is very difficult to balance. There should be a railing or something to hold on to. But there is not. Lots of other restaurants around this area and lots of shopping in small stores.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by everyone. Manager informed me that my order was going to be a few more minutes, but that was ok because I was early anyway. Even though I was early the cashier offered me a drink for my wait. Food was delicious! Nice culture at this Dominos!
