I ordered by phone on Saturday 8/23/25 from my local Domino’s on Rayford Road at 6:30 PM. They said my order would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived at 7:00 expecting my order to be ready. It was not. The order took 1 hour and 15 minutes before it was ready. I checked on my order twice during that time, each time say it would be ready shortly.. On the 3rd time the worker wasn’t able to find my order in the system. I realize they were busy, but this is unacceptable since they had checked on it twice. No compensation or no refund no explanation. It should have been free!

Driver Just Ice

Inconsistent pizza quality. First time I ordered all toppings were evident, pizza was delicious, order was correct, I would have suggested dominos to anyone.

This time I had to search to make sure the sparce toppings they made them with included all that I ordered. The pizza wasn’t cut, it was creased. Little effort was made, meaning I had to tear pieces from the box.

I ordered and paid for two garlic sauces, I received Ranch instead.

This the second time I have ordered dominos ever, I am disappointed and would not suggest the Rayford road location to anyone.

I want my prepaid 20% tip back.

I tried to order multiple pizzas for a large birthday party, but the website kept giving me an error with the coupon code (screenshot attached). The website even said to call the store for assistance. When I called, the employee told me they couldn’t honor the coupon code. If your website isn’t working and instructs customers to call, you should stand by the coupon. The website clearly states it’s valid until August 3. On top of that, the employees were rude and offered no help. Very disappointing experience. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Kid-friendliness: Inside, there is are about 4 stairs for children to look through the glass of the kitchen and watch pizza be made. Great for kids and I loved it when I was younger. I most definitely recommend!!

I placed an order for curbside pickup, checked in on the app, and waited. Although the app indicated that my order was ready, I waited approximately 10 minutes before calling the store. The woman who answered the phone informed me there were no curbside orders and said she would check, then abruptly hung up. A few minutes later, a man came out, said absolutely nothing to me, and shoved a box of pizza into my car. I then called to speak with a manager, but his tone and responses made it clear he didn’t care about the situation. Due to the unacceptable behavior of the employees, I decided to return the pizza and request a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Your driver coming around the corner right here next to big city wings need to slow down. The supra driver and the 4x4 could kill a kid. The mustang and black Honda are good.

As we travel around, we frequently get Domino's. The pizza at this location was over cooked and dry. It ranks amoung the bottom of all Domino's. In addition, the clerk had trouble running my credit card.

I received terrible customer service today. I accidentally redeemed points for a 20oz coke and asked if I could get the points back so I could just buy a 2L. The women at the counter rudely said it was impossible and offered no solutions. Such a terrible experience.

We eat at dominoes at various locations, probably more often than I would like to admit. This particular location has had issues the last three times we have been there. This third time though and I think we’re done.

The food wasn’t great. I should have taken a picture of the chicken wings. Virtually no sauce on the buffalo wings. I mean none. Pizza was mediocre, toppings were very skimpy. Pepperoni and pineapple for the kids had 12 pineapple pieces. There were so few we had to count because it was kind of funny at that point.

Finally, the kid at the register couldn’t figure out how to charge me from the credit card machine. He charged me twice on accident and after a series of conversations and 20min at the counter, he assured me it wouldn’t be double charged. It showed up on my bank statement and I called, then the manager said it would fall off and wasn’t going to be charged. Guess what, I was definitely charged twice. And since that was the end of August and it’s now the beginning of September, they can’t issue refunds so the manager suggested that I dispute it with my bank.

Thank you so much for the added phone calls and time spent on this. You can keep my $33.53 and lose a local customer.

The last 2 times we've placed orders there have been issues. My husband is currently standing in the restaurant for an order that the app said was done 20 minutes ago & they told him it's not ready yet. No further communication. No apologies. Nothing. This was supposed to be an easy meal on a busy night.

He just texted. 25 minutes after the order said it was done they're just now starting to remake it. Extremely frustrated. Fine our order is lost, things happen, but it takes you 20 minutes to decide to recook it? Also, they didn't tell him, he over heard. No apology or anything.
