I feel like the workers do such a good job, and deserve a raise, the whole crew. I don't know what changes were made, but the current team and management is the reason why we have been eating at dominoes now, more than any other food joint in the last 3 to 6 months. I never ate Domino's like that, but I have been humbled more than a few times now that I can say it was not a fluke. I eat all the pizza places around here, bulldog, pepperoni, mod, 1000 degrees, Mario's, but this has become my go to store.

We come here all the time and had a minor issue with the order but the manager on duty accommodated us properly. They are always fully staff and always productive and never miss a greeting when customers first walk in. Thank you guys for fixing our order and going above and beyond.
We placed the order about 2.5 hours ahead of requested delivery time. 30 minutes before the delivery time, the tracker said that our pizza was on the way. We live about 11 minutes from this store. At 5:35, 5 minutes past requested delivery time, the store called to re-verify our address and said they’re on the way. I then called in at 5:50 asking where it was at and they said they’re on the way. It’s now after 6 with still no pizza delivery, no comps, and no customer satisfaction.

I placed an order and they did not give me the right pizzas I called back to issue a refund because the pizza was so burnt it was not edible. I was told they couldn’t do that and to call back the next day. I called the next day and now I have to wait 3 days for the GM to issue a refund since it was the next day even though the manager Noah told me to do that. Will not be ordering from here again!

The costumers service are horrible. They give us a wrong order. Also they make me to Wait another 15 minutes but in the app where we order was preparing at this time and will be ready in 15-20 minutes when I arrive they even didn’t start on the pizza and they make me stay another 15 minutes I would not recommend this location

Couldn't even order. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me. I could see them at the pizza area. Thursday night at 9:20pm. And as im sitting in the parking lot typing this someone walks in and gets waited on.
Pretty fast delivery and pizza was made tasty. Thanks.

I would have given five stars if the driver did not demand a tip before I could even hand him the money for the food, but I have to say the manager I spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding. My food was messed up as well and she had someone bring out my actual order. Very respectful whoever she is definitely deserves a raise.she handled my call very professionally.

My last two visits were not as good as usual. Due to an allergy in my family one of the pizzas I ordered 2 weeks ago was supposed to have no cheese, but after I got it home I saw it was fully covered in cheese. They wouldn't deliver a replacement to me because that location is out of their delivery zone so I opted to receive a credit. I decided to use that credit this weekend. I had to call it in for them to see my credit. I ordered other items so when I arrived to pick up my order I still had to pay. I was 2nd in line but a man who felt he didn't need to stand in line came and stood by the side of the counter right next to the lady at the register. When she was done with the lady in front of me she asked the man how she could help him! He said I'm here to pick up my order so she left me standing there to go get him his order! Wth, I was next! Another employee saw what she did and quickly asked how she could help me. I pay for for my order, get it home to discover the 2 ranch cups on top were not the extra ones I paid for, just the ones that come with the 2 orders of wings. My husband was sad, but he got even sadder when one of the wing orders had a hardly any buffalo sauce, just a light drizzle across the tops! I've never seen wings that weren't completely coated in sauce. So, this last visit to this Domino's was not very good. At least there was no cheese on the cheeseless pizza this time!!

Honestly, I came into the situation already annoyed because I had to cancel an order elsewhere and we were all hungry. Dominos came through and got our pizza to us, on Friday night, in 25 mins. Amazing. I’ll never cheat again ?
