They will make you wait at the pick up window behind someone for 20 minutes. Your food is done and ready for pick up but you have to wait behind a person who's food isn't. So instead of asking the customer to park while they finish there food they rather let the other customers behind get ice cold. Makes sense.

I chose delivery and my pizza was wrongfully delivered to my neighbor's address the pizza was sent out again it was okay but going forward I will go in to pick up my order.☹️
Ordered 2 pastas (half filled with no protein), and wings (barley covered in sauce). Workers didn't seem to mind when waiting for pick up that was already ready.

Really bad experience. We were waiting for more than 30 minutes inside the store, and when I asked, they said they had called all the names but they never called mine. When I asked for cups to drink my soda, they said they don't have cups....so how are we supposed to drink our soda if I bought a 2 litter Sprite? The guy called Charles said that the gas station sells cups. They didn't even give us napkins.What a nice answer to my question!!! He was so rude with his attitude. The Manager Ezequiel Castro, was there and didn't say a word. From my part, I will never come back. I will not pay for such a bad service.

What a shame. Cut the GF that should be uncut. Smashed the pizzas. Called to have replaced, got someone acted like a manager but just kept saying it will take an hour for a remake, even after I ask for an rush because we have already waited. Not even sure if we are getting both replaced with the way the talk went.Also.... it's been and hour and 10 mins and still no replacement. This is wrong for the drivers as well. At this point should be replacement and refund.
