I ordered in the store and told the cashier I was parked right in front. 20 minutes later I went in to find my pizzas were sitting on the shelf. I didn't have time to go back in and ask for a remake. We rarely get dominos because we live 2 hours away. Not happy with the service today.

Domino’s is my husband choice pizza place, only problem is they are getting more and more pathetic on I got what they serve for the price that is charged. Tonight pizza was just ok but wings that was ordered were absolutely pathetic on size what a joke for 8.99 an order. Honestly if you can’t do better on size for the price put a little extra in there stop being cheap and cheating your customers. That was a sad order of wings if you can’t do better maybe don’t even bother selling any. People work to hard for their money to feel cheated by a company they do business with. SHAMEFUL DOMINO’S

Need to step it up! Waiting 2 hours on a Thursday night is inexcusable . Ended up growing to pick it up ourselves. Food was cold and had been sitting waiting on a driver for over 30 minutes. If you want to cancel your order, it can take several business days to get your money back. We won’t be ordering from here anymore. Marcos just got our business.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had just trying to order a freaking pizza. I put the order in at 6pm, I get a 7pm confirmation that my delviery just left the store??? then it hasnt even arrived by 8pm, I call to ask wtf is going on and I get some chick being rude speaking over me and saying some BS about how i called before?? Just use uber eats at least with them you have a tracker for your food, and you dont waste your time speaking with rude in store workers.

Took an hour and a half to get 2 pizzas that were ordered well ahead of time.
Advised garden salad wasn’t in stock, after ordering online, only Cesar. Ordered ranch with my salad and got 1 Cesar and 1ranch. Did not get Garlic sauces ordered. Called and waiting to see if they get delivered.

It was my first time ordering from Dominoes and it was a very disappointing experience. We live in the neighborhood right behind the Dominoes, it took over an hour to get our order and it was cold. I still tipped the driver, but this is the first and last time we will be ordering from Dominoes. We will stick with Marco’s pizza from now on. Update: The food is gross and greasy, I hope we don’t get food poisoning. This is ridiculous!!! I can’t believe a place like this is still open I wonder when the last time the health inspector dropped by, maybe someone should give them a call. Can you tell I’m pissed off?!
