No wonder they only have 3.4 stars. I understand that mistakes happen, but getting an attitude with a customer who is not responsible for the mistake is a horrible trait to have as a manager.
Order two buffalo chicken sandwiches. Had no chicken inside but it had a lot of cheese. At that point I should have just order cheese bread. We went back to the store because we called asking why our sandwiches had no chicken inside. When I arrived with the sandwich he called me a liar that I took the chicken out. But we took the sandwich to him take accountability on your food work. Don’t throw a fit when you can’t make a correct sandwich….that was really unprofessional. The person that made the food was throw a fit the person that handed the food was such a nice person give him a raise.

I order from this location regularly. Today I ordered a large vegetarian pizza and it was delivered to my home so quick. It was hot and delicious
Order from this location a bunch but service has gotten real bad over last 6 months. I get drivers need to make more than 1 stop but don't put so many orders in 1 car at 1 time that food gets cold. According to their order tracker, my pizza was out of the oven 10 minutes before the driver left then sat in his car while he made 8 other deliveries. Over 30 minutes after he left store to deliver pizza, I'm about 2 minutes from the store. Obviously food cold after sitting almost 45 minutes.
I walk in when my order is supposedly ready, just for the front lady to tell me, “oh I’m sorry sir, I’ve been meaning to remake your pizza. Both of my pizzas were under a heat lamp when I walked in. My question is simply why on earth would you… #1, keep a pizza you know have to get rid of because it’s not right; and #2 wait until the customer is in the building to make a fresh one. Horrible experience, last time I order from this location.
Very quick turn around on orders. They say 15 minutes, but it's almost always faster than that. The staff who bring it out are ok. Nothing special, but nothing bad. The pizza is good, their other options are also delicious but small for the prices.

Well, I guess I understand the 3.4 star rating now. I went into my app and re-ordered the same thing I had last time and didn’t notice that it took the chicken off of my pizza. Then when I call them to tell them that I obviously want a chicken on my chicken Alfredo pizza, they pretty much told me there’s nothing they can do. They had no chicken.

Edit: Its been a week and I still have not seen a refund for the salad we didn't get or any of the terrible food and service. I will be disputing charges with my bank. Original post: Worst experience ever with Domino's tonight. Ordered bacon Ranch chicken bites, a garden salad, and re-ordered a create your own pizza that I have ordered multiple times with chicken on it.The order was ready at 6:28. I called them at 6:48 because the tracker still showed it at the store. They said driver is leaving now. At 6:55 he calls and says they're out of salad so I said to just take it off the order since the delivery was already late. I get our food, without the salad of course and not only is it barely lukewarm but there's no chicken on the pizza. I check the pizza insurance which only offers a minimal discount on a future order which is not at all what I need. So I call the store and I think the driver answered. He puts a woman on the phone who proceeds to tell me they'll give me a refund for the salad like they told me but it will be tomorrow because she has to let it process first and the only way I can have a full refund is if I return all the food or send her a picture of it all in the trash, every last bit of it too, because they need paid for all their hard work. When I mentioned the chicken, she said that they don't have chicken anymore because their management told them to throw it all away for some reason. she then advised me that my last order was a chicken alfredo pizza and sandwich and I was not getting a refund on my order today because on my last order I got one item for free and a discount on the other item. I told her those were loyalty points from ordering there and at other locations near my work location multiple times in the past and using a coupon from their website. Either way, the previous order had nothing to do with this order. I have never asked for a refund until now. I rarely do. so, there was no reason for her rude and terrible customer service. Needless to say, I have escalated to their corporate office and will never order from there again.
Pizza was an hour late at noon and I’m 5 min away max. Box nearly folded in half from putting other stuff on my food so now also the cheese is stuck to the top of the box. Thanks dominos! Never ordering from here again.

This is the second time our order came cold. It took over a half hour from the time the driver left the store to get to us. We live a mile from the store. When we try calling the store never answers Terrible service
