Dripped Birria (Spring)

Just left from here. The food was very good. Customer service was very nice. Horchata was on point!!! 💯💯💯 My very first time here and I just had to come straight to the review. Will be returning on my next visit.. We had the quesabirria and Ramen birria.

I ordered from the Katy location. I order nachos to go and got the toppings on the side so the chips do not get soggy. Well they put the meat on the chips which made the chips soggy. The meat is dry, it was just hot and caused steam in the to-go container. THEY FORGOT THE CHEESE!! How am I supposed to have nachos without cheese? They also forgot other items and the portions are tiny. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! It is a waste of money

Dang yall are becoming trash now.

I ordered quesadillas and it was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Tortilla was white as hell. So now I gotta put it on the skillet to make it melt all the way and cook through. And whatever this nasty red chipotle sauce they got going looks old or frozen.

I wanted the food to be delicious, it looked delicious i ordered one elote and a order of queso birria. Both left much to be desired. The birria lacked a lot of flavor and the elote was something i did not think you could possibly mess up, however, it also failed to meet my expectations. Lacking any semblance of what you would call flavor in an edible item.

Do better. Overall, the service however, was the only highlight of this dining experience. Good and friendly atmosphere.

This place has been open for about a year, and I just discovered it tonight! It’s one of the few places that are open this late (4 AM!). The tacos are legit and come with the taco broth/soup 🤤

Desperately wanted this to be delicious but it was remarkably anything but delicious. We got the quesabirria taco plate and the chicken taco plate and two drinks. $42 later for essentially 5 street tacos, each; with zero flavor. The consommé was bland and lacking any real flavor profile.

Super bummed that the food did not live up to the hype. Cost to value wasn’t worth it.

I absolutely love their birria tacos and so glad I came back for the Birria fries and ramen. Omar is a great host and took such great care of us this evening. The birria consume is perfectly made, spicy and juicy hitting every note. Highly recommend birria fries and the ramen as well.
