Got a maple bacon croissant sandwich here a while ago and it tasted overwhelmingly burnt even though it looked fine. I gave it a second chance today and the burnt taste was still there, I also got a sourdough breakfast sandwich but the bread was so stale and rock hard, I tried multiple times to take a bite but I genuinely couldn’t bite through it without hurting myself. I’ve had an iced Carmel coffee and an iced matcha latte and those have been great. I wanted to do a survey but I didn’t get a receipt.

Omg this was my first time going to this particular Dunkin donuts. I ordered a breakfast croissant with egg and cheese only and then I got their new cookie butter cold brewed ice coffee or cold brewed coffee. Let me tell you that thing is so good!!

Stopped in for a Pumpkin Latte, ended up getting a blueberry cake donut and a pumpkin muffin. The Pumpkin latte and muffin were delicious 😋. Awesome and superb customer service with a smile 😊!
I prefer to stop in and place an actual order with a real person versus using an app! I like to see what's New on the menu and chat with the server.

It seems Dunkin has decided to side with the team who enjoys destroying other companies from advertising and has gone as far as refusing to advertise with certain sites that advertise or let conservatives advertise...Dunkin are you aware of the #boycott against your company. Once again the little guy is gonna get destroyed over the higher ups decision..I'd be calling corporate over their decision and tell them to stay out of politics and just do donuts.

Ordered 2 avocado toast with my family’s order. The avocado spread is so oily that the spread is separating and looks incredibly unappetizing.
Just came through to get an iced coffee and made a mess of my order (my bad) but Ivori was so kind and not only helped me get the order right but was so pleasant and patient in the process! Thank you, Ivori!!!

A lot of flies on the doughnuts. Have to order them really early in the morning to get them fresh, either way there’s so many flies on them; you can see it from the kiosk. Just disgusting, the place has a smell to it. Black mold in the grout lines of the lobby tile. Ceiling was dripping too when I was there, supposedly from the rain. But part of the ceiling above the espresso machines looked unsafe almost as if it was near caving in. Wouldn’t eat here. Nobody making the coffee have gloves on either. Seems unsanitary. Long haired employees not wearing hair nets either. Had hair in my food… too expensive for the gas station experience. Rather go to Dutch bros across the street, and enjoy a newer nicer restaurant with some actual air conditioning.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. WOW CORPORATE you don't find these truths to be heard. HELP this location. They were selling me day old COLD UNDER COOKED BACON! That is so unhealthy, worst then having roaches. HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to come in investigate and make them follow USA guide lines. Never should I have to go inside after the drive threw to ask them to cook the bacon . I'm told she can't per the owner, totally unacceptable under cooked pork is so dangerous. If your reading this run who knows how much stuff has hit the ground, not put in the right temperatures, and told NOT to give a care about the patron. While there paying smh Would love to have posted the picture on the door. Health inspection available upon request lmbo get out of here

I'm sure everyone has experienced at least once in their lives a burnt cable .... well, that's what everything tasted like. The hashbrowns were super burnt. We didn't eat anything! The only passable thing was the coffee!!

This is by far the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’m from NY, so I know what it’s supposed to be like. The coffee I received, wasn’t even hot. And it tasted stale. The everything bagel I ordered, I didn’t receive it the first time. Then when I did get the everything bagel, it was not even edible. If corporate had any sense they would shut this place down before it ruins the brand for some people. What a complete way to ruin my morning.
