Just wanted to offer a friendly tip to help with your low reviews. The cup not being filled all the way to the top with coffee by the size of the cup. Does make it difference to customers on who they pick for their coffee pick me up. I haven’t drank mine and that’s how much space is empty in the cup for the large size.

I ordered an ice coffee and it was bitter , I told them politely if they can add a bit more creamer and cane sugar and as soon as I pulled up to the window I heard one of the employees (not sure if she was the manager or just an employee) say out loud “ I DONT CARE IF YOU PAID FOR ORDER , THROW IT AWAY !!” I had my daughter with me and that was very rude and unprofessional . I called the black women out and she said she was talking to one of her employees and it was just an “inside joke”. Yea…. I don’t believe that at all. She needs to be fired . And not just that they messed up on my order also smh .

I have received freshly made chocolate dounuts at this location once, every other time they've been cold and stale. Gross. Why is Dunkin' so bad at their job?
Got a maple bacon croissant sandwich here a while ago and it tasted overwhelmingly burnt even though it looked fine. I gave it a second chance today and the burnt taste was still there, I also got a sourdough breakfast sandwich but the bread was so stale and rock hard, I tried multiple times to take a bite but I genuinely couldn’t bite through it without hurting myself. I’ve had an iced Carmel coffee and an iced matcha latte and those have been great. I wanted to do a survey but I didn’t get a receipt.

Omg this was my first time going to this particular Dunkin donuts. I ordered a breakfast croissant with egg and cheese only and then I got their new cookie butter cold brewed ice coffee or cold brewed coffee. Let me tell you that thing is so good!!

Stopped in for a Pumpkin Latte, ended up getting a blueberry cake donut and a pumpkin muffin. The Pumpkin latte and muffin were delicious 😋. Awesome and superb customer service with a smile 😊!
I prefer to stop in and place an actual order with a real person versus using an app! I like to see what's New on the menu and chat with the server.

It seems Dunkin has decided to side with the team who enjoys destroying other companies from advertising and has gone as far as refusing to advertise with certain sites that advertise or let conservatives advertise...Dunkin are you aware of the #boycott against your company. Once again the little guy is gonna get destroyed over the higher ups decision..I'd be calling corporate over their decision and tell them to stay out of politics and just do donuts.
