Absolutely HORRIBLE franchise . They need to be shutdown by corporate.
Donuts were days old. Rock hard . We threw them out.
The dining room is closed 90% off time we visit. They used covid as excuse for dining room being closed from 2020-2023. 2023-2025 they have a note on door saying dining room closed because of staffing issues. They don't open it cause they only keep 1 employee and that's why service is so slow. It's embarrassing that Dunkin corporate has no inspections or checks and balances on their franchisees. This is a family owned location and they have run this place into the ground.. because of lack of action by Dunkin corp I'll take my business to other donut chains since obviously corporate doesn't care either .

Best Dunkin I’ve been to (I get a lot of gift cards). Coffee (Lattes) is always great and the food is solid. Service is impeccable. They take great care to insure orders are filled correctly.

I drive past another Dunkin to get to this one.

Showed up a little before open and waited patiently since I work nights. Staff arrived about 10 minutes before 6. Not wanting to rush anyone I waited a few more minutes until they turned in lobby lights.

When I walked in I was given a strange look, and told they weren’t open yet. When I explained google says 6 the person said they could be wrong and didn’t even know what time they opened after I offered to submit a correction request on google maps. Then proceeded to tell me that they don’t really have people come in and the first part of their time is for prep so as long as I just wanted donuts it was fine, otherwise I’d have to wait….?

Got my dozen. They’re fine, as expected, but the customer service??

I typically order form this place a lot to help get through my studies but this last time was kind of wild to me. I order on doordash and i wait like 30 min which is strange cause i live like 10 minutes away, i look at the app and find a message from my dasher. They say the employee they're talking to is telling them that my order was "already picked up." which doesnt make sense to me. If an order is picked up on door dash you cannot close it without interferance from the company itself, I never got a notification that it was picked up, and the order itself wasnt new/ wasnt a reorder, so even doordash did not register it as picked up. if a dasher stole it thats different, but i would expect someone with the order open on their phone telling the employee hey im here for this order would at lest get a proper response about what happened to my order. No biggie tho I cancel it (cause again no one picked it up) talk to door dash, get some credits, and try to reorder... Tell me why they were giving my dasher a hard time getting the order then on top of that intentionally messed with my drink. Again I order this drink all the time, so the difference was noticable. There was about 4x more syrup in the drink than what i ordered and it wasnt blended at all, the syrup was sitting at the bottom of the drink. To top it all off they didnt give me my full order??? Dont order from here on doordash at least. Idk if they were busy or training a new hire whatever it was, it was a waste of money and time.

Highly incompetent people, no one answers the drive through intercom as they were busy chatting which I see from window. Then went to drive through window, no one bothered to come to it dor about 2 mins then finally a young girl came to the rescue. I had to repeat to 2 people twice to get things stright...!!! Be very patient and repetitive...??‍♂️?
