Please don’t order from here , I took a leap of faith and ordered from here instead of my normal Starbucks run , ordered Hash browns and they handed me everything burnt . I feel bad because my kid was eating it half sleep in the morning until they realized they tasted funny .

!!!STAY AWAY!!! On Friday 2/23/24 at about 1210pm my daughter doing a school project called from hildebrandt to see if the location would like to donate 2 dozen donuts. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell a 13 year old girl he would donate his nuts. I went to the location to discuss this with management, and was told the employees can't do that and it didn't happen. Management did not want to hear anything I was trying to say just deny deny

This place is bad. Customer service is worse. Make me wait 30 minutes on drive-through when I went to the window they said they don’t have donuts they’re out. Just be careful when you order something. Ask them if they have something in stock or not. I won’t be coming there anymore. Such a waste of time.

Went there on 10/9/23. At 6:06pm They had little girls working I asked for a large frozen coffee with a splash of caramel the cup was at least 4 inches full of caramel I drove off before noticing went back and asked for another one and to please just put a splash of caramel I'm pre diabetic and again same thing the cup was 4-5 inches full of caramel. This isn't the first time it's every single time I go there to this location. It's so frustrating

Has a ben and Jerry's here too. Honestly, I just haven't had anything that was particularly good here. Everything kinda tasted a bit disappointing from both.
Biggest issue with this location is most of the time you can’t even walk and you have to go to the drive-through because they’re so understaffed. Majority of the reviews lately are on point with the service provided but at sometime you have to decide you’re going to have better employee training and commit to providing at least halfway decent service.

If I Could Give Zero Stars ⭐️ I Would.! Horrible Customer Service, The Little Girls Working Here Have Bad Attitudes, Sitting Around On There Phones, Horrible Coffee They Clearly Didn’t Know What They Were Doing.! I Turned Around Walked Back In To Get Coffee Made Correctly And She Looked At Me Like I Was Stupid.! Definitely Will Not Be Returning To This Dunkin.

The young lady in the morning gave be $30 less. I later realized my total was $7 and I gave her $50. She only gave $12 change back. Not only that she rang up my order wrong
