I don’t know why I’m even bothering because Dunkin has NEVER righted their wrongs but what the heck man, my medium drink looked like someone had taken sips out of it. And I asked for a bag to fit my drinks because that’s how it’s delivered when I DoorDash and I had 3 drinks, and not the girl at the window(she was very sweet), but a Hispanic girl said they didn’t have bags to support the drinks. Funny because I get them that way all the time. If you can’t give me one just say that, don’t lie. Edited 11/27 to show the bag for drinks that employee claims y’all don’t have.

I use to come to this location alot, but I stopped coming because there appears to be a lot of turnover and the service has gone down because of it. This location is always running out of strawberry cream cheese and other supplies, and thats why I stopped coming originally. I have not been back for about 4 months. I stopped through this morning on my way to work, there's a new girl named Janell which took my order and rung me up on the register. She walked away while another employee prepared the food. As im waiting, I noticed Jannell pulling 2 trays from a cart that appeared to be fresh donuts, she flipped all of the donuts over with her hands without using gloves! I asked the other lady which was wearing her gloves. I asked the girl thatbbrought my food, did Dunkin Donuts run out of gloves for employees? She said no...i asked her why was Janell touching all of those donuts without gloves.? She said she's sorry that that happened and she's not sure why she was doing that. My concern just like most cutomers is with all the germs out there and Covid, etc, employee's should always handle food with gloves... I lost my appetite, and I dont think I will be back!

so on the drive thru i ordered a sandwich I got a total different order some kind of a scramble the girl who gave me the food barely paid any attention to what she was doing she was busy chatting with her co worker, by the time I realized I got the wrong order I was already at work, this is so bad for business. going back to starbucks!!!

I ordered an iced latte, and they made it as an iced coffee instead. When I corrected her, she closed the window and started talking negatively about me to the other employee. Then I got my food, one of the items was cold yet burnt. It took them an additional 8 minutes to make my iced latte, and when I got it, it was the completely wrong flavor. I’m extremely disappointed because I come to dunkin all the time and have always loved it, but today sitting in line for 20 minutes and then getting burnt food as well as the wrong drink really upset me.

I've been going to Dunkin Donuts since I was a kid (a LONG time). Love their coffee, but this location is unbelievably ridiculous. They don't know what a coffee with "extra extra" is (yet the brand even sells "extra extra creamer in grocery stores). I've tried to explain it and the "LEAD" person at this location says, "I don't know how many pumps that is". Oh my GOSH, THIINK OUTSIDE THE BOX DUDE!!! How many "PUMPS" for extra cream?? ADD ONE MORE GENIUS! This is my last visit to this store. Hire people with brains please!

My lil brother kept getting sent away from the hiring manager finally got on and she fired him for being 3mins late. He's( A/A)That's alittle too excessive. I know he was late but that was all I needed to know to write this review I hope her job gets stripped away. We all bleed the same ppl thinking they can just do things and god not watching.
