Everyone at this location reminds me why America Runs on Dunkin's ! It's the energy that you need bright and early in the morning, to have a great day! I left without my whole order on Monday, manager reached out the next day in attempt to rectify! Their customer service was outstanding ! Thank you Alfredo, no questions asked just trying to make the customer happy ! Also other great employees were Jen and Hannah!

The cashier was super nice but the the food tasted old. The bagel was hard, coffee muffin stale and the doughnuts were ok. I went at 5am so maybe it's not fresh at that hour.

I was surprised and delighted that my bagel bread was cooked correctly instead of being overly cooked as I’ve experienced at other restaurants.
My frozen Mocha latte had the right amount of sweet flavor. The customer service was impeccable! They were patient as I attempted to decide what I’d like to eat. Thank you guys.

The last time and I do mean this will be the last time I ever go to Dunkin again, but I waited at the counter for one of your employees to at least, at least acknowledge me, but they didn’t even have the courtesy to do that and they weren’t even that busy. Although the majority of your employees or possibly all your employees were at the drive-through helping them and ignoring me. So they are either blind or rude and I’m pretty sure you don’t hire blind people so I guess they’re just rude.

It's so disappointing how employees can treat you just for coming and buy a drink, it's my first time visiting this location and there only two employees the one who took my order name Dominic not even said how can I help you, nothing, silent and witha facial expressions mad just looking my face like I was bothering him, I feel going back to my car and let him continue with his phone at the table.
He went to the back with my drink on his hand I don't know what he add it on, the other guy like living his own word, less care.

This Duncan donuts is very unprofessional they do not listen. I ordered a small coffee they gave me a large and charged me for it. Then when I asked why the man said they will refund it for a medium and didn’t. One of the white Men working at the window has so much cat hair on his jacket some got on my coffee cup. SO UNSANITARY! I don’t even want to drink my coffee anymore because it’s hair on my cup. I wish they would do better!
