Saturday January 17 2026 I ordered at 11:40 am a medium iced latte with oatmilk & hazelnut & I get to the window to pay & a guy charged me along with a girl they both looked miserable & they did not have my latte ready so they parked me they took like 6 minutes to make a latte when they were not even busy at all only to get my latte that does not taste good at all & the cup didn’t even have the sticker order Dunkin usually have to stick to the cup

Came by twice today. First time I asked for whole milk and was told they only had regular milk. Which I then corrected and confirmed that whole milk is regular milk.
Second visit I ordered avocado toast and was asked with or without bacon. I opted for bacon and they didn’t even put it. I tried calling the store to let them know but the phone isn’t even working.

I don’t know why I keep trying to give this location a chance. Probably because it’s on my way to work and convenient location but it’s absolutely terrible. The food is awful. Will never get your order right and just all around a waste of money. Go 2 blocks down to Starbucks. At least you’ll get your order will be correct and edible.

Gave me a rock hard bagel and refused to lut the spread on the bagel and the hashbrowns were nearly mashed potatoes. Next level incompetence and laziness! I would not reccomend this establishment for anything!!

Everyone at this location reminds me why America Runs on Dunkin's ! It's the energy that you need bright and early in the morning, to have a great day! I left without my whole order on Monday, manager reached out the next day in attempt to rectify! Their customer service was outstanding ! Thank you Alfredo, no questions asked just trying to make the customer happy ! Also other great employees were Jen and Hannah!

I was surprised and delighted that my bagel bread was cooked correctly instead of being overly cooked as I’ve experienced at other restaurants. My frozen Mocha latte had the right amount of sweet flavor. The customer service was impeccable! They were patient as I attempted to decide what I’d like to eat. Thank you guys.
