I'm not a big fan of Dunkin. I prefer Shipley. Which by far a better donut than any other donut you can get. Dunkin isn't bad. The donut I had was fresh at least.

I am a school teacher and i ordered Donuts, Kolachis, Joe pack of coffee and Avacado Toast for a group of 10 staff yesterday afternoon going back from work. The order was placed and payment was also made (almost a $100/-) it had to be picked at 7am this morningTo my utter disappointment and frustration it was not ready!!!! The “Manager” said he has no information about the order!!!! He was extremely Rude, Unprofessional and Inexperienced.When I had an argument his response was “I cannot deal with this now, i will refund your money “!! He turned and walked away.Out of Disappointment and anger I had Migraine all day long and whole day was ruined.I want to point that out to DUNKIN DONUT to Bot only train their employees/staff but also have a background checkNEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP IN DUNKIN EVER
This Dunkin Donuts always exceed my expectations and make my visit a delectational and therapeutic experience.

Ordered two pink velvet macchiatos when I received them they looked very different told the girl about it a the window and she informed me that they were training, which is very understandable. However on principle the one that was made incorrectly should've been remade upon seeing that it wasn't made correctly. I also ordered the bagel bites which one of the was hard as a brick and burnt inside and out. I also ordered two items at the window which I know can be frustrating to handle, but I was the only car in the line. I ordered a sandwich and the window and it was very evident that whoever made it did not want too. The croissant was also hard and stale.
The food it looked like they took it out of the fridge, into the microwave and in the bag and out to you warm and old sandwich not fresh like before and is so sad to say,but is the honest truth.

Staff does not communicate well at all, my drink was wrong twice and the bacon sandwich only had an half of a piece of bacon that was not fully cooked! To many kids working in there that do not care at all! Never again. If I could rate the whole experience it would be a big 0!

Stopped going to Dunkin for a couple years due to the terrible service and beverages (check past Dunkin review and you’ll see what I mean) anyway decided to give this location a try and was not disappointed. The drive thru person was super friendly and prompt. Very happy to say this is my new “Go To” spot for my latte fix and their cashier Anthony is definitely my favorite person to order from! Give that kid a raise ??
