Drive through friendly. In side guy surly. After waiting 15 mins in a parking space for a shake went inside where 2nd worker proved his nonworth at customer service AnD work ethic.

Patronized his dunkin' donuts quite frequently Unfortunately every time it seems to be just subpar Today there was one customer in the lobby and I'm not sure why the drive-thru was taken so long with one customer in the drive-thru and one customer in the lobby and two employees very strange

This was the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to, first the coffee was absolutely awful and poorly flavored. I was so excited for my first pumpkin spice of the season and I couldn’t taste anything other than bitter coffee and milk. Then the bagel bites I’m pretty sure were not even cooked all the way, still very cold in the middle, not at all how they are suppose to taste. Tasted like eating a ball of dough with cold cream cheese 🤮 I’ve had all of these items at other Dunkin’ and they never tasted this awful. I couldn’t even chew the first bite and started gagging immediately and had to wash it down with disappointment coffee. Never going to this one again it’s freaking gross and poorly trained employees for sure

This is the third time in the row every time I took a bagel with the cream cheese they put the cream cheese on side. This is all drive-through pickups. also took latte with the one pump French vanilla, but it is more more sweeter than one pump.

I’ve been to this dunkin a few times this time they literally took forever in the drive tru and put powdered sugar in my iced coffee instead of simple syrup?i didn’t even ask for sugar

This was my first time at this Dunkin’s location. Sadly it wasn’t any better than the last few Dunkin’s I’ve patronized. I bought glazed blueberry and good old plain glazed donuts. They were small and not very good. Both types were glazed, but the glaze was meager at best. I’ve eaten better donuts from supermarket bakeries, and those are never anything to brag about. The service was good and the employees friendly, but I didn’t stop by to purchase good feels.

Our experience was disappointing and frustrating. Not only did it ruin our morning, but it also put our baby in an uncomfortable situation. The service was slow, and it seemed like the female staff were prioritizing each other over the drive through or just standing. We had to wait 7-10 minutes for our order, and when a kind gentleman finally took our order, the coffee was served with an open lid, causing it to spill all over our table and wet our breakfast. When we brought this to their attention, they didn't offer any compensation or apologies. We had to reorder, and the same gentleman was called in to take our order again. He seemed amused when I mentioned the coffee incident. Paying twice for the same food was the final straw. If you're not going to provide good service, perhaps it's better to close and let customers find alternative options.

Seriously Ed the baker would be disappointed. For the second time in a month I placed a mobile order and the store was not even open because the employees did not show up to open it. The Dunkin app allows customers to place orders even though employees don’t show up to work. Good luck with this location because even when they are open the coffee is many times hit or miss tasting.
