I went through the drive-thru today (December 25, 2024) and it was not busy, only one car in front of me. I ordered a kolache with hash browns. The hash browns were disgusting and not even cooked all the way through. The kolache is ok ....had better at another location. I won't be going to this location anymore. Food is way to expensive for food to be this bad smh. Service was good but who cares about that if the food isn't good.

The amount of times I’ve been here and the coffee has consistently been disgusting is wild ! I understand it gets busy but even on the days I place a mobile order ahead of time and there’s no one in the line … it’s still bad. I don’t have this problem at other franchise coffee places. Wondering if the issue is in the training or the employees just aren’t coffee drinkers themselves but the coffee is horrible.

I was just there walked in to place an order. The male cashier was assisting someone. The drive through female never greeted the customer, ME. she looked at me said nothing, no one in drive thru. Someone could have said I'll be with you in a moment. I walked out.

My husband and I ordered through the drive thru, we ordered 4 donuts and two coffees, one being an iced coffee with just a splash of milk. Once we got to the window to pay, the young lady at the window seemed to be angry, she snatched the credit card from my hand. Behind her was a gentleman that reeked of BO we could smell to the car. Once recieved our order, my coffee had like a whole cup of milk and those donuts were the most dry donuts I’ve had from dunkin donuts. Overall upset with this location, do better.

I came in unexpectedly and had to order donuts and coffee for 30 people. They were so nice about it. They got it together very quickly. And even Help me carry it to the car. Well done Dunkin donuts. The customer service was on point. Everybody who worked the morning shift on Tuesday the 28th deserves a raise.

Had the Blues Boardwalk Bash ice cream - blueberry, cotton candy, and Oreo chips. DELICIOUS. One of these days they'll have normal size spoons. Staff is always friendly here ❤️

I have been to this location multiple time and every time I have been treated with such care. I really enjoy coming here. Just recently I was helped by a gentleman named Sin (I might have spelled his name wrong ?) and I was having a rough day but he was such a pleasure, helped efficiently, and effortlessly. I hope that this location continues to keep doing what they are doing ☺️

Staff member saw me through the door. The doors are locked but people are still working Its 8:50 p.m. on a Tuesday this place doesn't close at 9:30, yet when I went through the drive-thru to no one answered on the intercom. I hope this place gets shut down because if you really don't want to work then close up the shop and put a note on the door. like that stealing time while you're on the clock time fraud.
