This was my very first time going to Dutch Bros, and I had the most amazing experience! The staff, especially Jalen and Gio, were so helpful and patient with me and my friends—we were super indecisive about what to order, but they made us feel welcomed the entire time. I recently scouted this shop as an alternative to Starbucks..it exceeded my expectations..Nice coffee, loved the Cocomo very much, Quick in delivery and someone upfront there to take orders...nice drive thru experience overall.

Employees inside were extremely disrespectful and rude. I was waiting outside for over 10 minutes without being attended to and I was continuously ignored. All other orders were being taken except mine. Managers obviously need to train these employees on proper customer service. Ridiculous.
