Really enjoy the drinks, but I’m tired of tips being so forced. The drink is already $8 and then I am being asked directly “would you like to tip”. Since when do you need a tip for taking an order? I haven’t even tried the drink to tip anyone making it at that point. This is why businesses are struggling. Pay your employees. Consumers already eat the cost of inflation and now we need to pay your employees. I won’t be back and it sucks because I enjoyed my drinks .

I love all things Dutch Bros. Always a friendly, happy staff.
Usually love this location but this morning I got a midnight rebel with soft top and it tasted like SOAP!! Even when I poured it down the sink it had bubbles foaming. I couldn’t even go back and get a different one (I used my free drink for this) not sure what was going on but make sure to taste the drink before leaving the drive thru!! Color was off too

Best Dutch location BY FAR. All of the people there are top tier. My drinks are always amazing, the people that work there are so sweet, and their customer service is seriously impressive. 10000000000000% recommend.

This place is a joke in the name of coffee shop. They say latte has double espresso shots but tbh they rolling out milk with lots of sugar

Ha my friend pick up my drink today, I was on Bluetooth call. He gave them the order, they asked if we wanted ice or blended and he said iced. They gave him blended. Again I was on the phone and heard him give them the right order. Usually a good place
Dutch Bros is it, more bang for your buck. Starbucks can take a seat somewhere.

Skip this location!!! The experience I had today was terrible. I’ve frequently visited this location over the last year and only ever had an issue today. The blonde young lady that works here was terribly rude after I came to the walk up window after receiving the incorrect drink through the drive thru. After explaining to the young lady that my drink was made incorrectly, she proceeded to roll her eyes. I then asked for a refund and was told she can’t issue a refund for the drink (which we both knew wasn’t true). She insisted on re making my drink but who wants to have someone remake your drink with that type of attitude! I then asked for a store manager, corporate number, or someone who could simply refund me so I could order at a different location. I’m not sure if the young lady was having an off day but as a leader in customer service, she definitely shouldn’t be working with the public!

Have had several really bad experiences here, with cross contamination and also with asking for dietary requirements- sugar free being substituted for whole sugar syrup for diabetic people, or oat/almond milk being contaminated without the measuring cups cleaned between uses leading to allergic reactions. Just overall either extremely bad food service training or they only hire employees who want to commit manslaughter.

We showed up late today (August 8th, and just before closing) and the guy working the window needs a shoutout! I didn’t catch a name tag but he was THE nicest, super super quick, and didn’t make us feel bad for getting to the window 10 minutes before close. If more employees were like him the world would be a better place.
I’ve been to this Dutch bros location a good few times and the employees are always *LITERALLY THE SWEETEST* and so much better than any other coffee shop I’ve ever tried. My dog loves watching through the walk-up window and she loves it even more when she gets a pup cup, 11/10!
Dietary restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant so dairy free creamers are a must! They have a good couple of options too.
