Just awful. ordered at 8:00 for 8:13 pickup. Waited in line from 8:10 to 8:30, not expecting a mobile order to not be ready 20 minutes past the promised time. I had to leave without my drink. Ridiculous & made me late for work for nothing.

I’m really disappointed with my order today. I asked for an oat milk, and instead they made it with half-and-half. The drink tastes like nothing but half-and-half I try to mix it with the other coffee was awful I can’t taste any coffee at all. They also didn’t add the caramel I requested. Overall, it was poorly made and not what I ordered. Very frustrating experience.

I just discovered this chain and I’m pleasantly surprised. The service is fast and the employees are always fun and friendly. The coffee tastes great and so do the little treats. What I like the most about the chain is their App - it’s so easy to pick your drink and customize and send the order to the shop. I’m on and out of the drive thru quickly and on my way.

Your drive thru is horrific. Why can’t you have a separate lane for mobile orders? Also, what’s wrong with having a microphone at the start of the drive thru so cars won’t back up? I’m never going back again and wasting 15 mins for a coffee!!!
