I just discovered this chain and I’m pleasantly surprised. The service is fast and the employees are always fun and friendly. The coffee tastes great and so do the little treats. What I like the most about the chain is their App - it’s so easy to pick your drink and customize and send the order to the shop. I’m on and out of the drive thru quickly and on my way.
Really enjoy the drinks, but I’m tired of tips being so forced. The drink is already $8 and then I am being asked directly “would you like to tip”. Since when do you need a tip for taking an order? I haven’t even tried the drink to tip anyone making it at that point. This is why businesses are struggling. Pay your employees. Consumers already eat the cost of inflation and now we need to pay your employees. I won’t be back and it sucks because I enjoyed my drinks .
